I ordered a rubber stop and embosser. They came with only my name on them. No notary, state, or commission # on them. They kindly sent a replacement immediately. But when my replacement came, the detail on the rubber stamp was completely illegible. I called to get it replaced and she told me that because of the small detail, that might be the best I will get. She promised to email me after she spoke with her design team. No response whatsoever. Completely disappointed. I have received a far superior design from another company for the same price. Holmes doesn't care about thier customer is the message I received.

Highly recommend! Before going to this company I tried to get some desk name plates made by Corp connect and it was an experience from hell. Absolutely horrible. So I tried Holmes stamp and sign Co and It was a completely different experience. They got my order right the first time, shipping was fast, and prices were great! (Unlike their competitors)

Amazing, fast service! If you want to pick up your stamp (and you live in Austin) then you have to send an email with your order, not order online. The stamp is great quality, affordable, and it was ready in two days! Highly recommend this business for any and all custom stamps!

Ordering online was easy, delivered as stated and order for the three date stamps was perfect. Nice and easy.
Emailed the stamp order and 7 days went by with no response. I called them and they said they must have "overlooked" the email. They said the custom design would be made in Florida and would be shipped out in a week to the south Austin location. They would not directly mail me the product and so it would be at least 2-3 weeks. I wanted to stay local and so I called and chose City Stamp & Seal instead. They made it that day for cheaper and I picked it up the next day.

Ordered political yard signs. They were well made and met all expectations. Shipping time was excellent. We prominently displayed them, in our yard. The signs obviously caught someone's eye. They were stolen within 4 days!

Pros- shipping was fast and good product Cons- I wanted to make a change to my order before shipping. On the website, it states the best contact is chat which is NEVER available. I emailed the same day I ordered and didn't receive a response but a different email a couple of days later that my item shipped. I responded back and received a email that stated they had corrected it but the attached preview was someone else's name. Received the stamp that was not corrected and didn't want to go through the hassle of returning and possibly getting charged for a correction so just let it be.

We couldn't be happier with the brass plate that HC Brands made up for us. We finished a new hickory topped farmhouse dining table that was sort of a monumental project and we wanted to plate to attach to the bottom of it as a way to remember this project and when we completed it. Ordered a 2" embosser with custom logo. Prompt delivery. Product works great. Had a slight issue with text (my fault, not theirs), but Crystal responded quickly and got this taken care of with a new insert at no-charge. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will definitely do business with these people again.

I initially sent an email to place a custom stamp order and I had a question regarding it. I didn't get a response. In the past, they have always responded. The delivery arrived ahead of schedule and we had personalized stamps, so that was nice. We previously had Ideal 7610 Received stamp personalized. This was no longer an option, so we ordered the trodat 4729 received stamp. The date on it is way too small in comparison to the rest of the stamp. It is hard to read the date and we don't like the line under the business name.
