The gym itself is great but has too many homosexuals, we don't have much privacy.

It has great conditions, people are friendly, the pool is magnificent and etc. but their only goal is to withdraw money from customers. They do everything and anything to get you there.

Fitness club with excellent conditions and well qualified staff.

Dedication of staff, both administrative and technical. Quality of facilities.
The only drawback is that it is not for all pockets.

Excellent facilities, good teachers, good conditions: shower gel, dryers, board, scale, ... in the changing rooms; excellent cleanliness, friendliness on the part of the staff but a bit expensive for most consumer bags and compared to other gyms with similar conditions.

Gym with everything! Excellent teachers; good schedule of classes, machines always ready and available, extended working hours, own parking and paid! Good location. Monthly rate above market value. For me the best gym in Porto.

As for the cleanliness of the premises and facilities it is formidable. Classroom teachers are good and denotes their sympathy.
The price is reasonable quality price.
On the other hand they do not comply with what they sell to you and do not advise people but pay a personal trainer.
They give different prices when using other services and do not have them published in a price table.

Good trainers, good equipment. Only thing I would want to change is their closing time. I work 9 to 6 and get home by 7. Gym closes at 9.30 which is not fitting in my schedule well.

I was disappointed enough with this gym where I was injured by the attendant Pedro Silva that when closing the contract with me, even knowing that I would travel soon to. Brazil closed a loyalty agreement which earned me an exorbitant 3 monthly fee for breach of contract, for a total of 180 euros, I tried to resolve amicably with the director of holmes place which did not work, I do not recommend this company to anyone who despite of the beautiful structure only aim at profit at any price injuring its customers

The relationship between services provided and cost is poor. The club is basic.

I've been to 4 other HP clubs, this one, without a doubt, is the worst of them. Old machines and equipment. The treadmills do not have individual screens, all have slack in the belt and some make noise due to lack of lubrication. There is no air conditioning in the training room, only ventilation as I was informed. Saves only the attentive staff. The question is, does this club really belong to the HP network?

It's a place where you take care of your physical and mental health. Everyone should use it at least two to three times a week.

Excellent and well maintained gymnasium with a enthusiastic multidisciplinary team, and helpful staff, providing a wide range of activities and facilities. They also offer outdoor activities, specially organised to clients and their families and friends.The dress room is very good. Excellent cleanliness. I wished they have a roof top space ;)

What can I say about HP. In a nutshell, this is probably the best premium I have attended. Since the beginning the service has been exceptionally professional. The facility is composed of a reasonable size pool. It offers jacuzzi, sauna and steaming sauna, a huge variety of exercises equipments. Besides that, they offer numerous fitness classes on a daily basis. And on to finalise, their PT, nutritionist and physiotherapist are a really good value for money. This is definitely the place for those seeking a better healthy lifestyle.

Ample space, clean, well maintained. Different classes although they could be more varied and with more schedules. Good professional team, competent and complete monitoring.

Good morning today I received a call from the Holmes of the constitution of the commercial director because of a contract I made on October 6, 2020 with commercial Hugo Rocha and I revoked it on October 8, 2020 to intimidate me saying I used the gym and as such the revocation she was void having to pay two installments. Legal date my intention to revoke. If the attitude were different I might not even revoke it but a promotion of 74 euros for towels and a gym paying more than when I was your partner is not even a promotion. Professional place with good equipment and fair price.

The facilities are spacious with a variety of machines. The gym has adapted to the Covid-19 pandemic with alcohol gel dispensers in several areas. The machines are cleaned by customers with disinfected wet wipes before and after use. PTs are helpful and friendly. It is a pity that for now the capacity is very limited and that half of the machines are unavailable. The gym also has a pleasant bar. The only thing I can point out is the less friendly service of an employee at the reception desk.
