I'm only reviewing the restaurants, not the casino. I like the lunch buffet. The selection of food is good and the desert collection is better.
I've also eaten at the burger joint in the atrium and they've got really good burgers and a decent selection of beer, not great, but it'll do.
Nice place to gamble, the gaming floor is always clean. The buffet is very pedestrian, not much variety. What they do serve is not bad though.
It a good place for over night, room was clean, room service was friendly

Casino machines weren't very appealing some were very old in the lower level but the live music they had in the building was nice and the other part looked really nice with lots of monitors.
The food and drink prices are high, not too many happy faces walking around which tells me not too many people are winning around here.
I Love having money taken from me .. .. I should have just threw my money out the window as I drove by and saved the 2 hours I spent there.

Hollywood Casino is such a Nice Place, you don't even have to walk into the Casino area to enjoy their beautiful amenities. An elegant gift shop, unique steak house, beautiful buffet and one of a kind bar with the biggest screen television in the midwest or maybe in any bar in America. Fridays are simple awesome with their live music. You wouldn't want to miss this place even if you are traveling and need to make a night stop. Their hotel is Awesome!!!
Great fun and I actually won $54! The Sunday Brunch Buffet was excellent and affordable, with a tender top round roast equal to prime rib IMHO. 99 Hops had great, affordable meals and live entertainment. All with a smoke-free atmosphere. Can't wait to return!
Great casino tons of parking they have 2 floors upstairs and downstairs for playing very fun environment
We had the buffet and it was very limited. It was almost empty at 7:30 pm. Nothing looked good except the tri tip roast beef. It was good. Almost no vegetables on the buffet. I didn't feel like we had a good value for the meal. It was 36.00 for two and that was with a 5.00 coupon we received at check in. I won't be going back.

No one picked up the phone when I called for Texas holdem cash games and tournament info. Website doesn't say anything about tournaments or Texas cash games but has a picture of people playing it. I wouldn't waste my time with this place unless u enjoy burning money in slots or 10 deck black jack. I've never been to a casino where they don't answer the phone. That's just piss poor.

Lost a lot of staff recently. Staff, although friendly appear to be inadequately trained. Being short staffed made for a long wait for services.
Was a big winner at the roulette table tonight. Actually had fun playing and talking to fellow players.

I been in the casino for short of time things is changing over there .it's not like before I am not interested to go back .
First off, the hotel and casino aren't connected. How disappointing. No mircowave. Frozen water bottles. The bed felt like a blow up mattress. The complimentary breakfast? Don't make me laugh. The super 8 has better breakfast options at a far better rate. The ONLY reason Im giving a one star is the sports bar. The two bartenders were amazing! Kevin and Audrey deserve a raise. I will never return to the hotel again. Complete waste of money.
I was only able to stay one night RV Park but, rest assured, I'll be back. Very well-kept park with free dump station, water and electricity at sites, laundry room was acceptable, bath and shower looked very nice. And a free hot breakfast in the hotel lobby, cheese omelets, bacon, toast, bagels, oatmeal, cereals, fruit, orange juice, apple juice, and coffee. And you can go back for more if you'd like. I don't see how anyone could go wrong there! Definitely goes on my list of places to visit again, thank you!

Was very quiet until this stay, on the 3rd floor for weeks it was peace and very nice, this time 2nd floor it's another hotel. The staff is great and rooms are clean. I paint while here. It is still better than the next exit.

Nothing fantastic Junior suite was not worth money paid. Casino same as others, hit or miss ...mostly miss. RESTAURANTS wouldn't recommed any there.

Buffet brought back crab legs on Friday night but price is high 47$ per person.Waiting time was nearly a hour in line.If you really want crab it might be worth it.
Did not know the hotel was not connected to the casino!! No shuttle, no breakfast... Supposedly due to covid!! Also, charged $50 more for incidentals, then credited back 3-5 days later?!? Only 1 restaurant open also...& It was a sports bar!! Not impressed. The Hollywood in Toledo, Ohio blows this one away!! Really needs updated!!
Don't waste your time, the the machine are still super tight. Waste of time and Money no fun when you can't even play for a little bit

RV park is clean and quiet. Nice pull-thru, and back-in slots for RV s and campers. Electric and water. Convenient dump station with excellent access. There are some tent camping spaces, and a clean bath house. Guests can pay a $10 fee to use The fitness center and hotel amenities, and that fee includes a nice buffet breakfast! A $5 dinner voucher is received upon entry, and can be used in the casino restaurant.
Great RV lot next to casino. Slots we're tighter than tight, but still fun time.

Friendly environment and staff.. I took my disabled father here on a day trip. Wonderful experience we felt safe. Free Valet parking made things extremely easy. Unlimited soft drinks and comfortable seats made things feel relaxing even with the ding ding ding and ring ring ring of the machines! #goodstuff #fairwinnings

Nice place. Cheaper than motels on the roadside. The lodging includes breakfast buffete and there is parking for trailers, tractors and rv's with an additional cost of 10 dlls
Friendly and polite dealer at the table i played at.
They charged us $10.00 for breakfast at check in. We went down at 9:45 and there was a half of a scoop of dried out eggs, dried out buscuits no gravy, yogurt was gone and what was left of the oatmeal was starting to dry out, and bacon was gone. If it was a free breakfast would have been understandable but no they charged me for a Breakfast that i could not even eat. Asked for a refund for the breakfast as there was none left and no one aroumd to refill anything and we were told no and to bad because breaKfast was available from 6am-10am. We repeated that there was no food out at 9:45. So if it was open till 10 there should have been food still out. Totally ruined my husband holiday weekend. This is not how you treat your guests. We also had a room with 2 beds and only had 2 bath towels if we had 4 people in the room were we supposed to share towels? The room needed a lot of tlc. Dust build up around edges of carpet and wall, stains in the carpet. And when we looked between the head of the bed and the wall has not been clean in a while.I will never recomend this hotel to anyone. Absolutly unexceptable attitude of front desk staff at check out. Maybe you should remember word of mouth spreads fast.
If you liked playing slot machines I don t recommend this casino it s so tight and will just take away your money. I m not coming back.

Was in the high dollar slots last night and a machine took my money with no credit. Worker basically called me a liar untill someone finally open machine and their was my money. No apology, no here is some credits on us, no nothing. Worst customer service ever. After another 30 minutes I just left I was so pissed

Would of put 5 stars but the hotel when I booked it told me 159.00 a night with tab so I booked 2 rooms when I got there and paid it was 209.90 a night for the 2 rooms with tax that's over 100.00 mistake?? Other then that everything like food, and casino were great!
My husband didn't stay at the hotel but he did play in the casino. He was very disappointed he had 2 35 dollar comps and a 15 dollar comps he couldn't get any of them because the computers were down. He said they can keep their comps he won't be back
Overall not pleased with my experience. The gambling aside, some machines were outdated, and I personally did not enjoy my time.
Few slots with 25 cents deno to choice from..mostly 1 dol deno.
