Three other firms turned down my case and said it was too weak and likely would not be won or settled to my satisfaction. Hollis Wright took the case and Carter Clay and John Spade were able to reach a very satisfactory settlement. The case was unusual and required extensive research. There were a couple of unexpected issues which John and Carter handled very well.They were courteous and kept me well-informed. They developed a good strategy, plan and theory of the case and very effectively executed the plan. Working with Carter and John was a positive experience. I would highly recommend them.
