A very spacious casino with everything. It is quite busy here and because of the size you can lose people if you break up. Host Jolanda has given us a good tour and friendly help. Nice for sometime, but not for me more often.

Nice casino, but staff may go and see what kindness is in other casinos, have only been to Nijmegen, Venlo, Eindhoven and Breda a few times and the payment percentages are much higher and in Rotterdam they always lose

You can enjoy delicious food at the restaurant. Friendly and well trained staff. Very nice building, which has only recently been renovated, and now because of this, open 24 hours a day. If you want a nice casino night it is very nice to visit.

Great location for when you can not sleep and you as a woman still have a drink to do In the night without being bothered however here you have to be sure that you have no gambling problem

Extremely unprofessional attitude from the tall blonde lady(main croupier at the poker). I was the first one in line for the cash table but I was skipped when someone from the tournament lost his all in and wanted to sit at the cash table. Apparently he was a regular and rules don t apply to him. I am putting this because I am sure this is not the first complain about this lady. Besides this situation the rest of the experience was ok.

It is currently being rebuilt and it is starting to look good. We went there to eat and take a gamble. The restaurant on the first floor looks nice, but a bit impersonal. The truffle paste was ridiculously bad, it tasted sour and no truffle taste and you do it for a truffle paste. And we had a chicken piri piri (a whole chicken) which was very good with a side dish of fries and warm vegetables. The service was excellent. A very friendly gentleman and took the complaint about the pasta seriously. He therefore refused to accept a tip. What is unfortunate is that Holland Casino Rotterdam does not accept a backpack or a workbag.

Nice place for night out without having to spend money on gambling games.

In general everything neat, but I miss something there. Little cold staff anyway. I have visited better ones in the Netherlands

I notice that there are more mice than guests later in the evening.

Fantastic place for a wonderful night out. Very friendly staff and you can have fun on your own.

We brought some groceries before we came, when we were checking in our coat (they will ask you to check in your coat) they said that food and drink are not allowed inside, we asked if they could keep our food at the counter and the staff just said that it s impossible and we had to leave. Very inflexible and the female staff at the coat check in is not being helpful at all.

Not the same as before the remodel the payoff is bad

I have been coming to the casino for a few years, always with a lot of pleasure, but to my great surprise, I was tapped on my shoulder last weekend, asking if I had ever won anything except winnings on the wardrobes, I had to go there say no, because had never happened before ............... so I was invited to Crazy Horse and I want to thank you very much for that, because my daughter and I had a great evening, we felt like a real VIPS, everything on and on and also a great show, unforgettable ................ and the staff are also always friendly, for that my compliments !

Smoking area is present on both floors. If you have a diamond card (after 25 visits in 1 year) you can get free drinks all day.
Enough choice of slot machines, including blackjack. Roulette is certainly not missing there either.
Prices of food and drinks are in comparison with normal entertainment venues.
Climate control inside is fine.
Large spaces, you have to walk a lot.
And if you are lucky you will come across celebrities such as rico highs inside .

Superb Casino. Really big. Entrance for people in wheelchair. First time when you go inside you need to register. Casual clothes. Drink you need to pay. Plenty machines. Smoking area. Staff polite. Casino is open from 10:00. ATM machine is inside. Change tickets for money on machine. Superb Casino. One of the best what I saw until now. You can leave your clothes on the entrance.

A beautiful, spacious, light establishment of Holland Casino. Wherever you can have fun with just a snack and / or a drink. Even on weekdays it is crowded. It is unfortunate that there are very few tables for low amounts, but maybe this is the weekend ?!

There are gains to be made in a customer-friendly area.

Nice bar actually exactly what you expect from a casino.

Great casino. Nice and warm ambiance, the sports bar served a heck of a burger. Next time I will skip McDonald's and get a burger here. I would really recommend this casino.
