Busy. Tinsel trail craft show. Huge crowd. Sunday before Thanksgiving.

Very nice hotel. The staff are great too. They are very helpful. The city convention is very new and nice. Great place.

Stayed for a conference. Conference areas were clean and comfortable. Food was well prepared and delicious. Room was standard room and nice and clean with comfortable beds. Overall a great stay. Pool appears to have a slide for kids.

Great for the kids! Would have been nice if the hot tub and slide were functional on the holiday weekend when we stayed though

Was there attending a work conference. Convention accommodations were great, well laid out.

Meeting rooms were comfortable and spacious. Meals were as expected. Service was attentive but not involved.

Limited hours on the big water slide, Thu-Sun only. Kids pool and hot tub were alright. Room was nice, but drafty by the big windows.

The facilities were nice and clean however the wifi was completely inadequate for the number of people attending the conference. They should be able to estimate the internet needs based on the capacity of the room.

The people are kind and they create a family friendly atmosphere. Splash point (the pool area) has a slide, basketball hoops and a hot tub. They have a little slide for the kids. Amber Grill is a restaurant attached to the hotel and their food is outstanding, especially the fish tacos. It was a great stay.

You are welcomed by the staff. Clean rooms. Good place to stay when in town . Will be back again.

Nice clean rooms, friendly service, great breakfast. We will stay again if in the area.

I like to swim here for five dollars. I do try to avoid the weekend birthday crowd.

The conference room was great and the food was amazing

Convention Center is a great facility very nice and clean which stay there it had the chance.

They are remodeling. It's the level of hotel with no complementary breakfast. They have a pool but it was not listed in their amenities book. Good thermostat. Personally, I don't like the look of the hall carpet, or the fact that they are piping music into the hallways. Just seems weird. I like quiet sometimes. Great location.

Old rooms. Minimal things to purchase in store. Moldy bathrooms. Bugs in the rooms.

Due to short staff - waiting for room to be clean. Having to move rooms do to maintained problem after one night. It was nice that complement drinks and supper. I was there for a conference with meals. LOL

Kudos to Mike in the maint dept! I inadvertently left my phone and laptop chargers at home. He immediately brought me a box of misc chargers that had been left in rooms over time - I found appropriate cords for both devices that I was able to borrow throughout my stay. I cannot say thank you enough! Room was clean, housekeeping staff were friendly. All in all a great stay!

We had a great experience for a weekend getaway. The covid preparations were comforting and the rooms very clean and spacious. The staff was helpful and friendly. Thanks HI for a good experience.

Newly redecorated, facility is clean, food is excellent

Very clean and excellent hotel. I did not use the fitness center or the pool for this stay so I do not have information on those areas. The conference area was nice, even the food provided by the hotel for the conference was good, minus the vegetable medley. The room and bathroom was clean and the bed is comfortable.

Great room with a jacuzzi tub and and helpful staff.

Pool area is very nice, Amber Grill always has good food and drinks.

Ate dinner at the Amber Grill. We were celebrating and the food was good. The cheese curds were fantastic and served with both warm marinara and cool ranch. I had chicken parm and my husband had the steak sandwich. My chicken was ok - fairly bland, and the noodles were undercooked. My husband enjoyed his sandwich. For dessert I had creme brulee and it was my favorite part of the whole meal. Probably the best one I've had. It was so smooth and creamy. And it was served in a teacup which I thought was cute. Overall a good meal, for a great price. We would eat here again.

Nice hotel for the price. Excellent pool with slides,basketball hoops in the water and hot tub.

Clean quiet excellent location for conferences. The food was good a little heavy on the carbs little late on the vegetables but overall very good. The bar was great a little loud. The bartenders were awesome. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely come here for a conference again.

Room was very clean and overall the hotel was clean. Only issue was slow service when asking for extra bedding to be brought to the room.

This place lost two stars for me because they do not serve any breakfast!!

We had dinner at the Amber Grill. We've been there before, my husband likes to get fish. It's ok, not awesome. They changed the menu recently and it's basically a la cart now. Salad, soup and bread are no longer included with your dinner. It's all $2 extra.

The Holiday Inn Convention Center was very adequate for a stay at a 5-star hotel. A hotel with multiple places to visit while you are there. Room was great and the pool was fantastic.

The Holiday Inn Convention Centre was a nice place for a super smash brothers tourrnament. There is a resturant attached to the convention center where you can order food and bring it into the event. The chicken strips at the restaurant were pretty good.

I would recommend this hotel for sure! Kids eat free at the restaurants and the little water park is perfect for a quick stay!

We booked a block of rooms for our wedding. It was very easy and accommodating

Some may wonder why I stay at this chain of hotel when I'm down on others, it's very simple my first job was a maid at holiday inn, in salt lake city airport I was not of age, lied told them i was older then i was . So I know first hand how they operate. And when in crisis because I'm allergic to cats I suffered at child's home went to Hampton in plover, it was 6am they wouldn't let me check inn till 11am. Could check inn for more money close to over a $150.00.and still couldn't get the room till 8am drove to Stevens point holiday inn kids go there cz there's a pool if I'm going to spend that kinda of money go to a place where they have a great pool, I get there around 7am . It's a experience I will never forget not only did I get a room right then in real time the cost was only $125.00 the room was great the manager on duty was a gem.

Friendly check in staff, although he (Jeb) really needed help on a busy Saturday with a few weddings and parties checking in as well!

We've eaten here a few times and it's always been great food and awesome service. This last time however, it was smoky inside the restaurant to the point both of our eyes were starting to burn. We mentioned it to the waiter and said he'd check into it. I suggested that the vents may not be working properly and pulling the smoke out in the kitchen. We were told we are the only ones complaining about it. No one checked into our concerns. We considered taking our food home, but stayed and finished. We got out of the restaurant and could smell the smoke on us and our clothes. We may not come back since no one, including the manager on duty, took us seriously. Sad!

The staff here went above and beyond in several ways while we where here. Probably the best service I've ever experienced at a hotel. Nice new rooms, great restaurant, huge lobby.

Conference center is clean and inviting. Definitely a good setting for craft fairs!

Was there for a conference. Most things were okay, but the in room Keurig coffee maker was very dirty inside the water reservoir. So dirty that I didn't want any coffee once I saw that. A ton of dust on things. There was also something all over the side of the night stand near the bed. Everything else was good, but housekeeping could use a more detailed approach.

Rooms are very clean. Convention center itself is decent size. Staff was also accommodating. One of the better hotels I have been to.

Clean rooms. Nice facilities. I recommend including breakfast with your room package. Only an extra $10 for three people to have a made to order breakfast. Good deal!

Luxury king room was enormous! It was ready early so we could change before the event we were attending locally.

Good location clean and tidy rooms and good service

We were guests for a wedding, food was great and the bathrooms were clean the staff seemed very friendly as well.

TV did not work and could not fix or replace. No ice bucket. Beds were comfortable.

Nice place, had a few issues with cleanliness (I'm sure it's hard to hire good staff at times) of room but over all nice hotel and would come back.

When the maintenance staff helps you with a big smile then it is a good place
