Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium Review

Ate at the restaurant there, the service was fantastic, and the restaurant itself was very clean. However the food was pretty subpar I have to admit.

OK but not close to MRT and you can do a lot better for similar money. Most likely more suited to businessmen who hail taxis for travel. If a tourist, stay elsewhere near a MRT.

Probably the most disappointing hotel we have ever stayed at in Singapore.

Beautiful hotel, nice location, Grab eScooter station in front of the main entrance so you can easily unlock and ride from there and come back and park again!

Comfortable and reasonably priced hotel in the area, closer to river valley and direct bus and taxi to orchard road and downtown business district. For entertainment and relaxation after a long business or leisure day, couple of nightclubs next door, tons of spa and massage outlets attached next to hotel.

Great place. Helpful staff and an amazing room. A very satisfying experience.

A lovely hotel for people to stay with delicious buffet food among others.

With the new MRT soon opening next to it, it's gonna be well connected. Good service and spacious rooms. Good for a short holiday stay. For longer stays the breakfast could get boring.

Had dinner with the workmates...sorry to say but the food not to my expectation...

Decent hotel in a central location nice walk along the river to Robertson Quay and Clarke Quay.

Very nice hotel, I really liked it. Rooms are not too big but simple and effective, and they are very clean. You also have the pool and the gym which are very clean and good, and the gym has quality equipment. Also breakfast is a bit expensive, but anyway I would recommend this hotel.

Great lobby design! Carpark to the hotel is abit confusing as they are sharing the carpark with the shopping centre nearby.

Decor is a little old and bar food is not great but the pricing is ok and the rooms are clean.

I believe it caters to affordability. Staff is friendly

First the postive things: The room was clean/big and we could use our room for a longer time because the hotel wasn't full booked.
The negative things: Because the actual situation we must make international phone calls to our airline. The stuff told wrong or not full informations in the night about the costs - whatever. The quality of the call was realy bad. The stuff didn't want to understand the special situation, and give less discount of the price - we have to pay 60 Singapur-Dollar for useless calls. Because of the bad quality we must use our mobilephone. So we have double costs.
Maybe you should give you the costs in writtenform not only spoken.
In the night was also a alarm, but that wasn't the fault of the hotel. It's ok.
The bathroom especially the shower could be renovated.
We are disapointet. In a 4 Star hotel we want transparent costs, and no wrong informations.

Here as part of package cruise. Holiday Inn maintains a good standard of cleanliness and comfort.

It is a good hotel and just outside the CBD. There are good restaurant on level 4. There is good food within walking distance of 15 minutes to tiong Bahru food centre.

Lovely Hotel, abit far away from all the attractions but the staff were wonderful.

I stayed here for 10 days. April end to may starting.
Location: It is quiet central of Singapore so commuting to most of the places is easy. You can always walk to Clarke Quay or Robertson Quay, it's 15 minutes of walk. Really helpful.
Food: My stay had complimentary breakfast. Breakfast range was excellent. Even for vegetarians variety of things were available.
Though i should say india food counter was much of a disappointment. It was not well made as it should be. I have stayed in holiday inn express in orchard road as well. There chef always included one main course- indian cuisine. It was very delicious. Other than that rest of the food was commendable. I had a great time having breakfast and the view was also great from the floor.
Rest the hotel has a bar opposite to front desk offering snacks and drinks and a good place to have casual meetings and meeting friends.
It also has 2 restaurants apart from the hotel buffet. I didn't much like the restaurant and staff were not so polite as well.
Talking about rooms.
I stayed in 16th floor. View from room was good. I had a non smoking Deluxe room. Room was spacious. It had a bath tub.
Now talking about cleanliness. The room was not clean when i got in. There were finger nails on carpet. Towels were not so clean and had a weird smell. Even after changing the towels they continued to have a weird smell. Fortunately one of the 2/3 towels wouldn't smell and i used only them. Bath robes were used and extremely dirty and smelly. It was a horror to think how can housekeeping keep such bath robes for someone else to use. It was the biggest let down of the complete stay for me. Though after changing all these, the room was maintained and kept clean.
Holiday inn chains offer handy which is really useful. I could make international calls to USA, India, korea. It has good Internet. WiFi was good. TV offers channels from various countries.
There was a computer with Internet available if any printing or office work was required.
Gym and pool is available here. I did not get time to visit both the places.
The lifts here are quite an attraction. Quite fun.
Staff was friendly and helpful.

Stayed with the family and loved it. Staff is really friendly and very good value for money. Breakfast buffet is nice with a good variety of food.

Great staff. Had a late check in by about 2 hours as king suite was not prepared when we were there.

A quiet place which is excellent for meetings at the bar.

Located in the heart of Singapore.. all eminent places are in close vicinity...

The lobby is great. Rooms are a bit small in size, but the amenities are good. Swimming pool is great. The buffet breakfast spread is filling.

They couldn't be more accomodating. Hospitable. Caring. And professional, all at the same time.

I went to the massage place at the hotel.
Walk thru hotel lobby, keep to your right. Go thru the glass door and turn left.
The shop is just behind the escalator. It does pedi and mani. Massage services are provided as well
I will go there for my upper body massages. The masseur is really good. Fully recommended. The lady owner is so friendly.

It was a well known place when zouk jiak kim is around. Presently its a good quiet ambience hotel

What can I say about this. It's in Singapore and lives up to the mark of being great.

Fantastic hotel. Connectivity is good to the different locations. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff is so friendly. For quality is good. May be vegetarian needs to survive on fruits

The seletar room was a great venue for our annual lunch

Very little variety of food but the place is Conducive to dine in, good and efficient service.

Good size of the rooms, could use some renovation if to compete with other newer hotels in Singapore. Service staff was very attentive.

I was there attending the wedding dinner of my friend's son. The service of staff was courteous and prompt, the food was delicious, and the location is in a relatively central part of Singapore. Overall good experience.

The buffet spread is average, not worth if paying the full price; we have a 50% off from booking through the app -- eatigo. Can give this a miss, but I would like to commend the staffs who are polite and cheery, thumbs up

It's a pretty decent hotel... not exactly in city centre tho...

Despite outlet often being crowded, mondays & tuesdays continue to be closed. Management should return to pre covid days whereby the outlets are open daily to stay viable.

We stayed on an upper floor with club access. Happy hour was from 6 to 8pm. Food and drink choices were quite limited. There wasn t afternoon tea time neither. Not worth the extra cost. Breakfast selection on the main Cafe was excellent though. Room itself was a good size but we just can t stand the mouldy smell, not sure it s the carpet or the AC. Service was spotty. We were here golfing and needed to carry our golf clubs in and out of the storage and hotel everyday. Some were very helpful but some staffs tried to avoid eye contacts and not helping. Chances are we may not stay here on our next visit.

Had a very had experience.The hotel must be experiencing losses so they decided to cover it from guest.
There were three people from our group who used tea cattle for coffee and the hotel has charge SGD 52 from each of them.
When we asked the manager for reason,she was too rude.
Please do not try this hotel.

Nice place. My experience was good except the breakfast buffet. I wanted to change the rate of my room such that it includes breakfast and I was told that it's done...However when I landed in the restaurant it was not communicated to them, the person who told me it's done was not available on the reception and it took a good 15 minutes,. Only to say that you can have breakfast and sort this when you check out

Good location. Close to many of the top places to be visited. Great ambience within; fantastic lobby. Rooms with almost all facilities necessary for a traveller. I make a special mention about the handy mobile provided which helps in calling up your home or friends in city without any extra charges.

Visited Atrium for the buffet dinner. Spread is good, with plenty of seafood such as lobsters, local dishes and Western delights. Service was very fast and attentive. Slightly overpriced but if you are visiting using discount, it is definitely worth a visit!

Small room that could use some maintenance. The bathroom was not very nice. Holiday Inn just bought an old hotel. I think it was the Glass Hotel before.

Just changed the reception to green colour and no updates of the rooms

The restaurant. 80 Dollars for a spaghetti Meat sauce and a small chocolate cake plus tea. I was chocked, the most expensive spaghetti I have ever had.

Had a great stay. Loved the buffet with an Indian touch to it. Definitely recommended.

Went there for a wedding lunch. When passing by lobby, it looked really spacious with seats around for the guests. The lift and the concierge are easy to find. There are drop-off/pick-up point at the main entrance. Nearby around has public transport.

The 9-course wedding lunch serve really delicious meals. The ee-fu noodles, the spinach with sorta beancurd skin fishcake and abalone, and the roasted chicken, were really impressing.

The noodles were springy and tasty. The beancurd skin fishcake was well-seasoned, and the spinach was firm and not mushy. The roasted rose chicken(if i am not wrong) - could really taste the rose flavour, the flesh was juicy and the skin was crispy.

Will be back there for a stay-cay when i am more available.

The place is centrally located but a good 10 minutes walk to the nearest train station. There are delicious local fare at Tiong Bahru Hawker Centre just on the next block, 5 minutes away

Very nice hotel and quite neat, however my experience was not great with respect to early checkin, They charged me a full day rate even though I am member. They could have done better

Went here for my school's graduation night in late November 2019.
The Holiday Inn was under immense external renovation and was relatively difficult to access, even by private bus. Ambience was pleasant, although rather dimly-lit, which may or may not be common to hotels. Lifts to the venue were relatively nice and numerous in number.
Ballroom was adequately spacious with excellent and dedicated serving staff, despite the rowdy crowd of 16-year olds.
Managers were present and also many in number, and were mostly nice.
I did not have any experience with the accommodation, so this review may not apply to most visitors of the Holiday Inn.
Only thing to improve would be the accessibility and friendliness of the location, which may be difficult.
Hope this helps event planners interested in using this Holiday Inn as a venue for your celebration/congregation.

Dated hotel that is in serious need of renovation. There are better choices, in better locations than this.

Nice big clean lobby and a great night spot in the basement. Staff were polite and very nice.
