Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium Review

Old building use as Concorde shopping centre,was sort of fused with the hotel... Saw some travel agents n massage parlors and couple of convenience store/ mini-mart... Few educational centre /consultancy oso rented this down at heel place.... Nothing fancy... Probably need a revamp soon

Wonderful experience in a Four Star hotel with affordable prices

Honestly, should I say it's the best hotel I have been in? Nope. It's the excellent one. Anytime I am in Singapore, I will choose this hotel over and over again, excellent customer service, ambience, food etc is just on point! and the views from their rooms are spectacular! Omg! I love this place. For sure! I am having my honey moon there, I didn't want to leave the place though.

The place is well kept and the drinks there are cheap. The staff are friendly and the toliets are kept clean.

Not bad buffet with eatigo price, worth it, only thing is the water cap very dirty and the staffs are nice and good service. Buffet food ordered did not come much, 70% of the food that you ordered will come only. Missed 2 to 3 orders in my to trips there.

Old hotel but always popular. Right on the outskirts of the city.

When Concorde Hotel was there d Buffet on local food is goid n d price per pac is reasonable.

Seafood buffet dinner at #03. Salmon sashimi was good and fresh. BBQ Lobster so so limited to 1 small only. Fresh Oyster didnt get to eat as the restaurant run out of supply by 8+pm. Dessert Cakes quite ok. The dinning place was nice and not noise. Staff service was good.

Went there for Christmas eve dinner at xin cuisine Cantonese restaurant . Food is good but quite pricey. I think the roasted duck is their signature dish. Other dishes are nice as well. Have been there for Christmas eve dinner since 7 years ago and has become a family tradition.

It had a good variety of food ranging from meat to seafood and all of them tastes ever so good. Service wise was fast, efficient and friendly. Loved it! But note that the price is considerably expensive as compared to other buffet style restaurants.

Rude staff Behaviour and rooms are not too good to stay

Well located with comfortable rooms, Holiday inn is centrally located with great access to Clarke quay and Marina bay. The rooms are okayish and offer the old world feel. The service was average. Overall recommended if you are looking for a comfortable stay in Central singapore. Mind you, no indian restaurants are located neary and you might have to take a bus to reach anywhere for food.

Housekeping needs improvement. The tray for the complimentary amenities still have the tissue with lipstick from the previous guest I would say.

Very easy check in and out, courteous staff and lavish breakfast....had a good time

I am there to visit one of the talior shops there. They have quite a lot of massage shops and a disco down there. The lounge is also quite comfy to wait around at. Did not stay there before but had a good first impression.

Standard good Holiday Inn Hotel, impressive lobby / Atrium, just good, nothing exciting anymore. Connected with small shopping area, very convenient. No specials for Spire members :(

The staffs are friendly and approachable. They will attend to your needs and treated you like VIP. The Bellboy will carry your luggage and when you open the hotel room, you can send a nice smell coming from the room and the bedsheets and room are well clean. Thumbs up for Holiday Inn

Nice place to stay in. Simple clean with a great location. Close to the most happening places you would want to go about. A whole lot of fellow Indian tourists.

Was there for a wedding lunch. The food was alright and the hotel was unexpectedly nice, for its interiors and it's rooms.

We had a conference in the ballroom with an 8 course meal. The meals were good but not fantastic however the ballroom layout and facilities were excellent. Definitely would recommend hosting events here.

The option for food buffet was simply amazing loved it. Other than that ive not tried any other things

Had lunch, food and service was not bad, although some details could be done better (i.e. cleaning table w damp cloth to remove oil instead of just wiping w a paper towel)

Nice hotel with great amenities! Staff were really passionate and helpful if any enquiry were needed. The room were clean and fantastic! Couldn't ask for more. Great location near town as well!

Overall everything is good .

It has a very lovely room, great service and very hospitable guest services . The bar is a great place to unwind after work. There is a pretty good and cheap shop that sells cheap liquor.

Nice environment. The atrium restaurant have limited buffet food. Ice cream is melted.

Somewhat dated architecture and interior. Buffet had acceptable variety for its price with about 4-5 dishes per cuisine type, but rather disappointing in quality, especially the seafood.

There's plenty of room and the service is good. Located near town area and areas to drink.

I went there for the dinner buffet. The dinner was great. I love the oysters. They were very fresh and delicious. Additionally, they have this chilli crab that is amazing too. In overall, the food is amazing and worth the price

Nice hotel comfortable rooms complimentary tea/coffee in room plus water. Staff very friendly. Food good and reasonable for Singapore, no alcohol in restaurant. (Halal) bar quite expansive. Location a tad out of town, too far to walk in the heat, but complmentry shuttle to centre. Or about S$10 in a taxi. Public transport stops away off as well.

my experience work at Holiday Inn a I went to have a drink at the bar with a friend of mine and I think I would go back here at the thing I like most about the ball was that it was very quiet for about it is very simply located that is hard to find in Singapore

Business hotel with no nonsense service. Not meant for long stays as you will get bored. It is not a family holiday resort even though you will find big tour group staying there and using the hotel for breakfast and sleep. No mrt station nearby but it is under construction.

Everything is fine but it's not safe your belongings can be stolen from your room too.it happened to one of my friend while he was sleeping someone enter and stolen his money. Be very careful Paris is not safe now a days.. And there housekeeping staff don't understand English language which is very tough to make them understand if you need anything.

Spacious rooms not unlike some new or renovated hotels where they try to maximise the rooms available this place is good for a weekend getaway!!! Highly recommended for its spacious rooms and connectivity to basically anywhere in town.

The glass elevators in this atrium style hotel are the best part of the hotel. It will keep everyone in the family entertained. Go to the 27th floor for the best view. The staff are very professional and friendly. They have great customer service with a smile and helpful responses to your questions. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The breakfast is awesome! There are like 30 options! Stayed here for a conference and seemed like there were other business people here too.

Rooms are average. Food is good. However located a bit far from most tourists attractions.

Holiday Inn Singapore is very well located. It just need 5 mins drive to the Central Business District. The famous Orchard Road is just 5 mins drive away. You can also take a slow walk to the famous entertainment and drinking place at Clarke Quay. The river walk is fantastic for a night stroll. Would strongly recommend Holiday Inn for your stay in Singapore.

Stayed here for a week and it was a great hotel , breakfast was really great and there are many dinner options nearby the hotel. It is situated in a great location with beautiful Singapore River nearby it for evening walk near it's banks. But I have rated it four star because bathroom smelled badly.

Good and comfortable stay. Spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast buffet also had good variety of food, with Indian vegetarian options as well.

Very good location for access to AYE for business in Tuas or Jurong. Friendly staff and all overall a good 3 star Hotel which is worth the money. For touristic spot it will get better the the new MRT will ooen in 2018. Spire recognition with room upgrade not the best. Good convenience shop inside woth reasonable even cheap prices and friendly owner. Brakfast is fine only a little crowded.

Excellent service staff. We were lucky to be served by Ms Frennie Wong and Ms Kar Woon. They were very friendly and extremely helpful, very efficient too. As busy as they were, they took time to make small talks and ensure we were well taken care of. We would also like to thank Ms Annie who displays the same work attitude. Thank you once again to these three ladies for making our dining experience more enjoyable.

Ok, it s not the best hotel in Singapore or the best situated... but it is a really good hotel, with reasonable prices. It s clean and friendly and easy to get to the river and centre.

Good cosy atmosphere with a large spacious lobby, plenty of amenities, attentive staff on hand even when you need a cab urgently.

They have very Nice lobby.
Staffs were very helpful.ordered Room service many times when I stayed there.
They have one mobile phone for every rooms that can be taken out anywhere in Singapore to be used to make calls and Internet.best part is that you can call around 9counties for free.

One of the older hotels around located close to Robertson Quay and Tiong Bahru. A decent and wallet friendly accomodation option for non-fussy buyers

Service is good, very friendly employees. Rooms are good, even enough space for 2 adults amd a child. Safe and fridge in the room. Public transportation nearby.

In general, room and services are excelent. And i strongly suggest to provide prayer room for moslem who has no access to the guest room (had an activity in Holiday Inn but not staying there i.e. training etc)

This is my hotel of choice in Singapore lokation is ideal for Chinatown little India Clark Quay is within walking distance marina Bay sands is a short taxy ride from the hotel. The buffet breakfast is good with plenty of variety, evening buffet is very good. Would recommend alday long staff are friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, great location and great price. Would give it a better score if the bathrooms were more modern. In saying that, I would easily stay here again!
