I recently got to stay in this hotel and I must say that the experience was truly amazing and mesmerizing. The hotel has all the necessary select facilities (washing machine, buffet etc.) required for a comfortable stay of an individual. The rooms are compact but quite clean and well designed covering all the basic necesstities. The staff is very cooperative and customer service is also quite good. Mr Chandan the hotel manager personally came to me to ask for my experience and feedback, if any. Good job Holiday Inn team. Keep it up. Would love to stay here next time as well.

The overnight stay was really comfortable, though the rooms are on smaller side but it is express version of holiday inn so it's totally fine. The breakfast was very deliciously cooked, specially the masala omlette and freshly brewed ginger tea.

Good hotel in budgeted amount, no bar option but overall its OK to stay here.

Not so happy with the way things are managed here. Pimpri had much better management. Be it dining, or anything they did had perfection.

It was a Bussiness trip. Stayed there for more than 2 months.

Had stayed for 2 nights for business trip. Best VFM star rated hotel. The rooms are bit small if you are double occupancy with separate beds and staying for 4-5 nights. Same is situation in breakfast area which mixes with reception area and becomes crowdy during 8.30-9.30 am. Rest no issues. For overnight or two best hotel

Very lovely place. But very small rooms. I was staying alone so it was pretty much for me.But room could have been little big. No cupboard provided. Complimentary breakfast is also provided which is too good.

Came here expecting a safe stay during Covid but did not get it. They're not at all serious about the safety precautions. Half the staff members and guests walk around without masks or social distancing, including the kitchen staff. They allow guests to smoke right at the entrance, so you have no option but to inhale second hand cigarette smoke as you walk past. The contactless check-in they advertise is also not really contactless in any meaningful way. Did not see any sanitization of common surfaces either. Would advice you to go for a more expensive hotel, the safety would be worth it.

Decent place. Rooms are too small. Food was not much to rave about but the hospitality was very good

Had a great experience staying here, room was very comfortable, enjoyed the breakfast, new normals were taken care beautifully, thank you for allowing us late checkout, thank you vinit Chandran for making my stay so safe and comfortable.

Nice clean rooms with attractive pricing. Would recommend it to anybody for short or long stay.

Functional, compact and really a budget hotel. The surroundings are a bit dirty yet the hotel premises and rooms are clean as can be. Chipped cup though. The breakfast buffet is low quality and one wishes it was otherwise. Srire at the front desk / reception is prompt, gentle and quick.

Great experience. Very professional approach of staff and support staff. Seen lot of improvement from my last visit. Breakfast matching to rate they charge. Self serviced laundry and fitness centre well equipped. Room asusual , neet and clean. Towels and Bed linens , well clealed and nicely organised. Best place to stay while on business in this area.

The property was a homebound Delhi to kerala stop for us and safety was key as we had few more days of driving ahead of us. The property was well maintained and sanitized. The front office staff (Kusum I believe) made us feel very safe all throughout. They even provided us with kit with mask and sanitation which came very helpful. Such gestures go a long way.
Breakfast was delivered to us in the room and it was amazing .

I Was nice stay in hotel.
During this pandamic they took care of cleaning rooms,washrooms,food they surved,bedsheet and bedrolls they served.

Overall best stay .Room service person behaviour is very polite and professional.
Only thing is room size is small ,rest of other things are well!!!

The stay at Holiday Inn Express was such a great experience. I loved all the services provided I stayed for 2 days and both the days was so nice. The breakfast provided by the hotel was okay however it was reasonable for the cost.
I would be really happy if the rooms theys provided had wardrobe. The location of the hotel was nice it had great restaurants and pubs nearby.

Had very bad experience! Especially after having early morning flight waiting for room in reception for 1+ hrs? also the breakfast options wasn't at good!

Horrible Experience, They serve ready to eat packed food

This is the budget version of Holiday Inn. This is good for a solo business traveler. Although it is on the main road, most would miss out. The rooms are small with a queen size bed - good enough for one person. The bathrooms are also quite small. The only disappointment was the breakfast- only options were Idli, Potato vada and Corn flakes/loopies. Overall, worth the money except the breakfast.

Clean and compact rooms. Decent breakfast, although their English breakfast options were better than Indian. Overall the place is suitable for solo travelers or if you don t want to stay for long.

I loved the Hotel Holiday Inn - the location can't be beat! We had a spacious room for 2 with beautiful views and wonderful service and hospitality from the staff. Our room had all of the conveniences we loved the breakfast service every day! I feel more comfortable to stay in Holiday Inn, Thank you and recommend to my friends and colleagues, If I travel pune again, surely visit Hotel Holiday inn again

Food charges are very costly. Paid 340 for 4 small Real juice packet.

Hotel was alright, Rooms are small, no toiletries. Breakfast gets over by 10.30, we reached at 10am, however 90% of food was consumed and there was no refill. I understand that there is a cost cutting all over, however I am sure Holiday Inn can afford a small stirrer for tea coffee in the room.

Nice rooms, staff is well trained in customer service, location is convenient to all major IT park's and surrounding with best restaurants.

Hotel rooms are very small and bathrooms and toilets are very tiny wherein you cannot take a comfortable bath. Moreover the doors of toilets and bathroom doors are of transparent glass. Not fit for any corporate company.

It was good stay.. Food was nice and the room service was perfect.. Whatever time it may be, when you call the reception they will there to respond you.. Also I personally appreciate the room service guy Sandeep who gave his best service to keep our room clean and kept us safe and comfortable.

Amazing experience with Holiday inn express. The hotel cleaning was immaculate thanks specially my rooms was thoroughly clean and sanitize. Swapnil and his team for making my stay memorable. Kudos to you please keep it up.

Service is good however rooms are quite tiny. If you have family with kid, it will be difficult to move around. Overall it is fine for one person even accommodation has double bed occupancy.

Outstanding facility for the price, my first stop for a great experience at a budget near Hinjewadi

It was a just a night cap requirement and hence we decided to take this very economical offer to stay.
The room is really very small and it works of you are going to spend only a few hours in the room.

The breakfast was a good spread with a couple of options.. The staff is very curtoeus and helpful.
With the sub 2000 tariff (possibly due to the COVID drop in demand) everything was just good.

Will recommend this as a short stay for any enroute road travel.
