Room spacious, comfortable, good equipment, the only flat, the restaurant, noisy, long service, dishes more available and / or served otherwise without information (lemon pie and not meringue as noted on the map), otherwise the kitchen is good .

We got a nice, very large family room.
We loved it.

I had to go for a training at Noisy Fields. And I discovered this hotel. It is huge, accessible rate and a very large restaurant is on the ground floor. A rest room with several tables is available. There is also a gym which is nice for those who make it.

Nice hotel. Across the street from RER train station. Easy access to Paris and Disney park.

That it is unpleasant to hear the staff dragging the chairs to set up the room while it is more appropriate to carry them to move them so as not to disturb the clients who are either working meeting or at bar to relax

Generously sized rooms with very strange layout (toilet separate to bathroom ). The facilities are relatively new. Restaurants and bar are good too, and there is also a Starbucks on site

Disappointingly poor service for a Holiday Inn. Was originally given wrong room type but this was fixed. Service at the bar was basically non-exit.

But great location for Disneyland, 5 mins walk from RER line with trains every 15 mins taking about 20mins to the park.

Hotel good against the service really leaves something to be desired, more than an hour to be served dishes in the restaurant of the hotel brief is more than average

Lovely hotel right on top of a shopping mall. Lots of places to eat and shop.

This hotel is good and one of the so-called hotel s for the tourist. The location of this hotel is best because it is very near to the subway and bus station. The rooms are good but not so big. Though it provides basic features of any other hotel rooms.

Good hotel, friendly staff and good breakfast, perfect for traveling with children and good location for both Disney and tourist Paris, I will return for sure.

Stayed there for 2 nights and we were not very fond of the hotel, it started before we checked in. The underground car park had a headroom of 1.90m so what more normal cars for T5 or Vito. Our rooms were also very worn! The selection at breakfast was very manageable. Bread rolls were in vain, there was only bread and croissants. The scrambled egg had consistency that turned one's stomach. I would not come again.

Close to the RER which makes the place convenient halfway between Paris and Disney. Very friendly staff which is not always the case in some hotels in the region

Spacious rooms, pleasant staff and restaurant rather good.

Good dishes. Affordable prices. But not having 2 desserts out of 5 seems a bit limited for a restaurant ...

Perfect but avoid the 6th floor for the noise of ventilation.

Excellent welcome, beautiful hotel, the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Only the elevator is complicated. Fully glazed and ultra fast, we love it, especially at night with the lights on, or we hate (dizziness ...)

Hotel near Rer A station and integrated into a new office district and a not very big but rather varied shopping center. A Starbuck inserted on the ground floor of the hotel gives it a small +. Beautiful relaxation lounge areas and a rich and well-stocked breakfast buffet. The rooms are rather spacious and the beds comfortable. Bathroom separate from the very cramped toilet ... where you will knee down the roll of toilet paper in the toilet! Overall it's a good address. Too bad it is sometimes very long to wait for the room to be ready despite all the efforts of the lobby staff to give you satisfaction.

Very nice home !!! Very nice room !!! We had to have on our arrival in our room a gourmet gift that had to be claimed but which was very good. For breakfast, there was a choice despite some small gaps but we ate well anyway

Great place.. centrally located.. easy transger by metro.. stop noisy le grande. Lovely location. Friendly staff helpful and love this city location. Paris is beautiful but dont assume it to be the best of the kind. I think humans in the city makes the scene more real. Thank you for your charismatic and under hidden pain while i travel

Very good value for money. Decent rooms, professional staff, practical garage, breakfast very varied and hearty. In short we will return.

Great Hotel
We booked this hotel for a base to see Disney land and Paris central. The train station is just across the road for direct trains into pairs centre and Disney land both are around 20 mins on the train.
The breakfast was amazing . The service perfect. Rooms were clean and comfortable with air con . We had an evening meal in the restaurant and took advantage of the kids eat free deal . It was spot on . Also recommend the pizza shop next door for a late night takeaway

In principle, a good hotel, relatively good location and nice staff. Breakfast as in all of France so-so. But there is a small flaw on my part: there is only a large blanket in the double bedroom. I'm down to the front desk and asked for a second. I was promised that, but unfortunately I never saw them. Too bad, so only 3 stars.

The hotel is not bad, but the environment generates insecurity

The room was clear, but sometimes the duct came out of the vent. The bed was uncomfortable for me (soft mattress, hard pillow). The staff was normal, breakfast was okay, though nothing extra. What is sympathetic is that children can stay for free. The RER subway is right next to the hotel, you don't have to go to the city center, and there is also a large mall, supermarket and all kinds of shops next to the hotel. It's not bad at all, but I wouldn't say it was very good.

We had a nice clean room. Slept 2 nights. Staff very friendly. Speak English well. Hotel is ideal. Nice and close to the station. So we left the car in the garage of the hotel and traveled the whole weekend by public transport.

Dirty rooms and in the restaurant mice run out and into the kitchen

Hotel service barely within the standards of a 4-star hotel. Surrounding environment little inclined to outside ballads .... few possibilities of meals outside the restaurant of the hotel rather good quality. Parking hard to reach for major roads ....

Great staff and facilities. Architect needs to rethink the bathroom configuration before he builds another. Separate loo is so small you can barely get in it! Otherwise it was as good as usual and I enjoyed my stay.

Very good. 2 mins from train station also. 20 mins to Paris..... 20 mins to Disneyland. Only had breakfast which was very good.

Very professional and very nice staff despite a degraded functioning but no room services no restaurant or bar services.
No hot water either. Even for breakfast you have to go get it in a bag, cardboard and plastic dishes and take it to your room!
Cause: no customers and covid.

It was my first stop in my 2018 summer tour with a family of 5 young children
Hotel is well located between Disney and Paris City, shopping mall and trains station just few steps away.
The hotel is always fully booked with a lot of guests which negatively impact the level of the service mainly in the reception since i felt it was under staffed and also effect some of the hotel facilities such as elevators which always busy and underground parking with a lot of gate problems
Rooms are small in size yet have all you can need, yet did not like the bad smell on the corridor and some small maintenance issues inside the room

We stayed at the Holiday Inn during our two-day Disneyland vacation and can recommend the hotel. A metro station in front of the hotel takes you to Disneyland in 20 minutes and the city center in just under half an hour. Coming back at night wasn't a problem either.
The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were also well equipped and very comfortable. Especially the small minibar, which you could use free of charge, should be highlighted positively.
The breakfast buffet was very varied and very balanced, so that there were never long waiting times. There was also a selection of fresh fruit and a small buffet for children.
The hotel is also ideal for those arriving by car, as the car can be parked safely and easily in the hotel's own underground car park. At a price of 12 euros per day you can't complain.
All in all, we were completely satisfied and got more than we expected. We would love to come back.

Very comfortable hotel, and very correct restaurant.

We slept there for 2 nights to visit Disneyland Paris for which it is well suited. Parking is also possible in the underground car park (safe).

The price was cheap !!!! But once and never again ...... 2erw 1 child ... For our daughter was a eckelhafte folding couch put up ... the frame was broken in the middle ..... The Fleecdecke the On it was dusty and More

Super nice service that takes a lot of time and explains everything. Hotel and room clean and spacious. Parking garage directly at the hotel. Location is good too, lots of shops and a mall next door. Gladly again.

It was really cold in this hotel, with the pellets which jumped regularly at the level of the dining room, added a broken down elevator ... In short little better to do

A very good hotel. Rooms are big and well furnished but i couldn't try the restaurant because the kitchen was broken. It is located few feet away from a mall.

It's okay for a budget hotel, 3 minutes walk from the station. The breakfast get busy everyday and the run out of food so quick and take time to fill again.

Good service all round, ideal location for Disney Land

The hotel is perfect. The same can not be said of breakfast: yes, there is a choice but the potatoes, tomatoes and bacon are cold! Because they are presented in open containers!

Good breakfast, clean rooms and a flat screen TV has the 4 star hotel. Nicely painted, only the white walls look a bit damaged. The bed is big and cozy. The hotel was located near Disneyland and was our first choice.
