Not what I expect from Holiday Inn. Was staying here for work. Hall and room smells musty and moldy. Furniture and fixtures in disrepair. Snags in carpet, mold in bathroom. Multiple lightbulbs out,a water leak under the sink, snags in the carpet, electrical outlets so loose that they won t hold your items that are plugged in.
I was not an overnight guest but was there with a colleague, who was staying there, working in the breakfast area. Provided a nice quiet work environment.
The staff was great, the rooms were clean, and the beds were amazing! It looked like they had a pretty good breakfast selection, however we did not eat there because we met with family at another location. This hotels pricing was well worth the money spent!
We had a suite with a whirlpool and it was a nice room and the staff are friendly. It was my the night before my wedding and they gave us a big basket of goodies. Was very sweet of them. Would love to stay again.
Breakfast good but jetted tub was extremely slippery and caulking looked gross.

The only issue we had, was the person serving breakfast was rude and impatient. Seemed like it was an issue for people to have breakfast.

The Holiday Inn was significantly better than we anticipated. It was incredibly clean. Parking spots were extremely close to exit doors. The staff was friendly and courteous. When we called the front desk to request additional towels and blankets, they were delivered within minutes. Our room was spacious and had many amenities like free wifi, refrigerator, large clost, large jet bathtub and perfect individual temperature control. The free breakfast had omletes, breads, bacon, yogurt, fruit, cereals and drinks. The price was great and our checkout time was 1pm. We would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it.
TV broken, I arrived just after 11pm and the maintenance folks had left for the evening. No offers from the hotel for the broken tv except that they would note this for repair first THE NEXT GUEST.
Decent Holiday Inn Express with updated amenities. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast is what you'd expect. Front desk service is also very good.

Whenever I visit family in the DeLand area, my mother and I tend to stay here, at the Holiday Inn. We both love staying here, and the hotel is always kept up. Checking in early sometimes is a breeze, because usually, hotels don't allow early check-in or they might charge a fee. I've had to check-in early twice on two different trips, and was never charged an early check-in fee. The breakfast is awesome, and is one of the perks of staying in any Holiday Inn franchise hotel. Since I like to sleep in, I'm usually the person to eat last. The breakfast bar offers a lot of options from food to drinks. It's a great and healthy start to your day as well. I definitely suggest any and everyone to stay at the Holiday Inn Orange City location!
There are only two hotels that I stay at Holiday Inn Express is one of them the kids enjoyed the pool we enjoyed our food for breakfast the cleaning staff was okay do not speak too much English. Building was clean and cool
Room is large and clean. You can hear the people in the next room. It is an older hotel but the staff is very friendly and attentive. Lots of places to eat within walking distance

This place has a great location. The breakfast is up to Par. It's clean. I enjoy the day staff. The housekeepers are kind and polite. I wish they had more laundry appliances as there is only one washer/ one dryer. Otherwise, being so close to I-4, Walmart, gas stations and popular food chains is GREAT! They also have a pool. Perfect for this 100 degree weather.

One star is tooooo much! If I could have given a Zero I would have. After sitting on the interstate for 5 hours because of a 5 car pile up, my minor son and myself were thrilled to finally arrive at our hotel at 2 am. As we pulled in we were a little intimidated by the characters sitting around the front entrance, which I thought was a little strange, considering it was 2 am and quite chilly. As I went to check in I was told my credit cards were not an acceptable form of payment. (My Paypal credit card was one of them). I explained I had stayed before using the same cards and was then told it was because they were not physically backed by someone like Chase! Hmmmm, last time I checked Paypal was more secure than a lot of the banks! I then asked to speak to a manager but was told no one was available and he couldn't provide a number either. The front desk clerk offered no solution besides saying that's their policy, offering to send us some where else and directing me to call back tomorrow. I cannot tell you how many Holiday Inns I, or my family, have stayed at in my life but after this attempt I can assure you we won't again. After a slight panic, I went on Expedia found two local wonderful hotels in Orange city that both said they'd be more than happy to accommodate us. Not only did we get checked in immediately at the new hotel (with the same rejected credit card) we saved $49.00 a night for the EXACT same accommodations. Hmm.. 3 nights X $49.00 = $147 (or) 1 night at a rude over priced Holiday Inn.
My stay at the Holiday Inn was relatively positive. The room was clean and everything was where it needed to be. The only issue I had was that there was a slight scent throughout the hotel that I personally feel that bothersome and the AC temperature didn't feel consistent
Convenient location, clean updated rooms, didn't try breakfast though it is complimentary. Doors say they lock after a certain time, they don't, so if security is very important you might want to confirm they fixed it.
Love the cleanliness. Breakfast was good and Beatriz was very friendly. She kept the pancakes coming. The pool would be great if it was heated. All night coffee would also be nice. Overall it is a wonderful place to stay at.
What can i say, its Holiday Inn, very rarely do they disapoint.
If I could take stars away I would. They overcharged my bank numerous times and we had to talk with numerous people to help. They still messed it up and now I have to go through my bank to dispute the charges. Don t give them a credit card number at all! I have only stayed in IHG hotels for the past 20 years and have NEVER had this happen before. Will NOT be staying here again.

Had our Soccer Banquet here. From the 1st. Phone call to the end of our event all of the staff was amazing. Anything that we needed they helped us with. Amazing price on rental hall. Would definitely do business with them again

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Breakfast had mold on the eggs and oatmeal at only 8 am. The rooms are very hot an moist. Looks like only construction workers stay here for work and you can tell because the hotel allows them to tailgate out in the parking lot threw the night into the morning hours allowing the guests no sleep. I could go on with the list of actual things that were wrong with this place. Sub human living standards.
The banquet room was a reasonable price and the manager was very nice and caring
The wifi sucks, and the cleaning staff is absolutely the rudest ive ever encountered and they dont mind making as much noise as possible when working
I had a great stay. The employees were exceptional. The housekeeping was immaculate. The bed and large pillows made for great rest. Attentive services were provided at breakfast, plus the bacon was crispy!!!!. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Highly recommended!!!! They were very conpationate when we had to stay there during a time of need when a family member passed away. They are willing to accommodate your needs.
We were there for a lit conference and we had paid extra for 2 queen size beds with pull puts and we had a full size with no pullout so they had to bring us cots wich sucked. And they called us on the phone 4 TIMES and blamed all the noise on us one time they called at 12:45 and all the girls were asleep.

Friendly staff for a very dated property in much need of a renovation. The exterior facade is much nicer than the condition of the interior spaces.
When you're booked at the hotel and the Room next to you has a fight going on and you find out it's the maid service and several maids are fighting and you let the desk no and they don't do anything about it you really don't like where you stayed and were you paid for
And i didn't have to worry about nothing getting stolen like in Mobile al
