Business hotel, rooms large and clean. Nice service, restaurant and amenities ok.
Minus - very monotonous breakfasts and a tiny pool on the roof with a small number of sunbeds.

I stayed here on the 8th November 2017 for 4 nights . The staff was amazing. Always wanted to help. The hotel was very clean. Can t wait to go back. Oh thank you for making my daughters 30th birthday

Food: breakfast is good, large variety fits all. Good coffee. Dinner is below expectations and very small. Had a wine but wasn't good.
Rooms: spacious, good AC but room smell was not that good as if it was closed for long. They provide all you need for personel care.
Service: quite good and friendly.
Overall good value for money.

Great service and super clean Hotel! Everything was top! We had a safe and even the hotel is close to the highway, it was silent at night and we could sleep well. One day I called the reception for some shampoo because the cleaning personal maybe forget to replace it. Nothing bad I just wanted to wash the sea salt out of my hair that's why I asked. Two minutes later somebody brought us sampoo, shower cream, body lotion, some fresh towels and so on...and apologized. What a nice service! The roof top bar and the pool are amazing, too!
The food (especially Pasta with Tomato) was so so delicious! Even if we came down too late (I guess it happens every morning ) we had no problem and could eat our breakfast peacefully. I would always choose the Holiday Inn Al Barsha!!!

We stayed 9 days.
A little advice for other guests: In front of the Hotel are waiting two kinds of taxis. White cars and official taxis, choose the yellow official taxis and don't listen to the drivers of the white cars. They try to get you in first but are much more expensive for the same route!!
PS: Choose the daily included Holiday-Inn shuttle to kite beach!! It's awesome there!!!
You just need to book a place for you in the shuttle the night before at the reception.

Central location and a typical functional Holiday Inn.

Its location has many advantages. It's walking distance from Mall of Emirates and the metro station is five minutes away. It has a variety of restaurants around it. The hotel offers an amazing spread of breakfast. The staff is extremely courteous n hospitable. The room is spacious n gets a lot of light. It's clean n always smells good. Room service is quick.

We have been here for a week now and absolutely loved the place. Very clean rooms. Super pool on the roof terrace. Of course, cooled. Very nice staff. Very rich breakfast. The location is great. 5min.to the Metro and 10 min walk to the Mall of the Emirates. If you go through the hotel Kempinski it is even shorter

Cosy! Easy access, plenty of visitor parking and nice food.

Friendly staff. Small pool on roof. Bring ear plugs if front facing better rooms. Monorail stop 3 mins away. Mall with restaurants 5 mins away through hotel lobby. Breakfast good. Eggs station slow if in hurry but good quality. Room service food okay too.

The duty manager is rude sometimes but the overall experience was great, previously they had a separate floor for people who wanted to smoke but nkw that facility had been removed

They have great and friendly staff, I was here at the deluxe room, it's a large room actually for 1 guest, they have bathtub and a lot of other stuff to fulfill your needs
They also provide a clothes iron here

The WiFi is great, it has full range of signal in almost at every corner of the hotel

Was there for business, so only a few nights. Conveniently located a short walk from the Dubai Metro and the Mall of Dubai is a modern, comfortable Holiday Inn. A choice of restaurants for dinner, or the nearby mall has a give choice. The swimming pool on the roof is smallish, but a nice place to just freshen up quickly. Staff were friendly. I'll stay again.

Great hotel and great friendly staff... The hotel is actually a five star hotel with a four star rating.

Internet connections are very bad. I have been staying at this hotel multiple times, it seems like they are not even trying to fix it. The rooms are fine, clean just like other hotels in dubai. (Editing this review cause I m here again and there are still no changes, they still have not done anything with the wifii, it s still slow. The wifii in the mall are much better than this hotel s)

The duty manager is so rude. One of your customer forget his phone in my cab. I came their to back his phone the manager say it not my duty. When I ask a question his response to me was keep your tongue in control. I am sorry for the review but I am so upset of his attitude.

So noisy in our room. Hotel is next door to a huge motorway that is busy day and night. Very comfortable Beds but noisy rooms. The rooftop pool is like trying to relax literally next to a motorway. Shame.

Quite pricey for what you get. Miniscule TV situated very far from the bed, so viewing from bed difficult. Ocean view from 3rd floor non existent, due to Metro rail and giant advertising boards, despite asking for view. Otherwise very friendly staff, fairly nice breakfast and good access to Metro.

Philipino bar with it's special environment. Fun place.

Very nice hotel. Very large. Room has fridge, no freezer or microwave. Breakfast is very good. There's a bar ground floor. Our room was the 6th floor. Staff is friendly. Bring your passport and enjoy your stay.
