Hog Wild Restaurant Review

I've been going to hog wild for over 10 years and the food is still as great as the first time I've had it. I now take my kids here and it's their favorite restaurant - "pig palace" as they call it. Great prices, excellent food!

Best pulled pork and best pork chop you're ever going to find

LOVE THIS PLACE! Not only is it affordable, but you get friendly and FAST service; and, the food is incredible! There are a lot of places in the area to get barbecue, but there's only one that I go "hog wild" over!

I do wish they accepted cards, though. It's a drag to pay $5 in ATM fees just to eat there.

This place is a classic success story. All good. Weekends are almost impossible to get in the door, but once you do it was worth it!!!

Always drive past this place when I hit one of the bike trails I frequent and decided to check or out. This is my second time stopping in. First time I had the tenderloin meal. Today, I went with the daily special, the meatloaf dinner. I've tried two dishes here and both were incredible. Bring your appetite because you're getting Hulk sized portions. You can eat inside or outside. I like the ambiance...its definitely unique to the location. Cash only but there's an ATM inside if you forget. Service is incredibly fast. Both times the food was brought to the table while I was getting my drink. Prices are incredibly reasonable and you definitely get a vamf for your buck. Looking forward to trying another dish there. Highly recommend this spot.

Best Pork Chops in town.
Unbelievable how a pork chop so thick can be so tender and flavorful.
Brisket is unparalleled.
Ribs are very tender as well.

Great food warm environment. Me and the family go to this place each year after completing our trick or treating. The service is fast and friendly and the food is delish. We ordered menu full (there were 5 of us)...went to wash our hand before eating and our food was on the table before we got back from the restroom. I recommend the pork chop and oxtail soup. Great portion sizes you will take food home. I do believe they close at 8pm during the week and they are cash only with ATM in restaurant.

I love the 8oz Chicken Philly. Yummy! Deserts kind of dissatisfied with. I respect everyone's taste buds but their atomic cake & cheese cake was not on point. However, I will be back them portabella mushrooms are on target. I'm particular about french fries too. I don't like to waste food so I ate half of them. Basically didn't care for them either. Brussel sprouts were good. Yes someone invited me to dinner it was pleasure. Condolences to your desert lady. Other than that good food. But hopefully you will find a winner for atomic cake/cheesecake! Poww!

My food was just ok. Kinda disappointed because I heard so many good things about this place. Very dry pulled pork sandwich. Wouldn't go back.

Please beware!! I have tried many barbeque places and this one is by far the worst and the lowest quality. The beef brisket was not good at all. This place is just hyped up but it is not good at all. Yes, the service is fast but the food is NOT good. Cheap quality food with a hefty price.

This was a 5 star review up until April 2021. Quality seems to be going down along with quantity.

How to you add an up charge now of $2.50 to a bowl of Mac and cheese? Like what happened did macaroni prices spike recently? Was there a shortage? Place is Going downhill it seems

The food at Hog Wild is phenomenal, not to mention the great service, the price and ambiance. They not only have succulent Pork Chops and fall off the Bone Ribs, but killer Chicken Pot pies, Salads and my favorite Rib Eye sandwiches with portobello mushrooms & mozzarella cheese. "Somebody stop me!!" This is one place you'll keep coming back for more...enjoy!

Best pork chop hands down!!! Four stars because it's cash only, and you better know what you want when you get to the front of the line, otherwise the food is excellent. My favorites are the pork chop, and the portabella mushroom sandwich. Food is always hot and fresh, and really, really good.
