Viewed the property and was in need of a good clean and the garden tending to, as well as other tasks. Was promised the work would be completed prior to moving in. It wasn't...
It took months to get any work done, poor communication and the gardener's never came!
Decided after 7 months enough was enough and left the wreck of a house... Now they're charging me out my deposit for the work I asked to be completed in the first place!
Disgusting service and appalling attitude.

Excellent service and well worth their fee. They are down to earth and really follow up start to finish, glad I went with them over a online cheaper estate agent.
They also provide professional photography my house looked its best and sold within a week! If you want a estate agent to trust with a house sale I would definatly recommend Hodson's. James and Louise dealt with my house sale they were brilliant.

Brilliant estate agent
Online ones are cheaper and seem a better option but in the long run a personal touch really helps getting a sale going through. I sold my property within 3 months from advertising to completion. Really professional and friendly made the whole process simple.

Hodsons were simply brilliant. They had viewings lined up within two days of giving them the go ahead. James and his staff were extremely professional and very helpful. Every member of his team went the extra mile to help and support. I would NEVER go anywhere else.

I recommend Hodsons. they made me feel like part of their family and they looked after me all the way. If there was an award for Best Estate Agents I would be voting for Hodsons without hesitation.
