In some cases, savings are made on employees who are quickly overwhelmed. For trivial or even important and urgent matters / questions, you usually waited weeks to months.
For 1 year I had a "prof" who had no competencies on the subject to be taught and who improvised.
Another prof even bullied students in the course and distributed pure sympathy grades.
All known problems have been swept under the carpet for years instead of looking for solutions.
If you want to work for disadvantaged students, you will be talked down.
And the best, the prof, with whom I was supposed to write my thesis, ignored me for over a year, only to find out at some point that I couldn't stand me and probably wanted to let me through. Due to the long waiting times mentioned above, this has been delayed for an infinitely long time. In addition, of course, I had to pay 2 semesters in which I could not do anything.
Finally, I would like to mention that the majority of the profes and tutors take care of the problems of the students wonderfully and with a lot of ambition and you can always find someone to help you. The profs mentioned above are exceptions, but unfortunately they have affected my studies and opinions considerably and the studies will not continue in Trier.
As long as you tolerate something and do nothing, it will definitely hit one or the other in the future.
