Hobby Lobby Review

Went to HL in Edmond. Only had minimal items of those looked for. Staff friendly, helpful. Then had to go to HL on Memorial Road by Quail Springs. Inventory stock much better. Had everything requested. And several items. Just too much stuff. Poor display and marketing. I cannot forget how female employees are treated.

I always find good deals here. I did buy some lamps and only 1 worked. I went to exchange it and they did not have it. The young lady called all of the local stores and no one had in stock. She told me to keep checking back because they get shipments in twice a week and they always get different things and it could be possibly restocked.

Didn't take my phone with me so I don't know how Google knew I went to hobby lobby... but yes, I was able to find what I needed quickly and easily and was able to smoothly make a return as well. Good trip.

I love hobby lobby but I wish they had more on clearance.
Yarn clearance is lacking.

Hobby Lobby is a building filled with some of everything. All I wanted was some adhesive. I'm thinking double sided tape. They had a smorgasbord of adhesives. I left with removable adhesive glue dots. The perfect thing for my bulletin boards.

Love the prices and staff are friendly and helpful.

I generally have a distaste for this place but I've never been directly wronged

My only problem is leaving - it makes me quite sad - like a child in a toy store and the shopping is over, I always feel as if I missed something.

Found refill cartridges for my old sticker maker. This place feels like home.

I have been planning my wedding for the last 6 months.
I have purchased my flowers over this 6 month period, and every single time they have been half off.
So, I assumed the floral was always half off.
I have finally figured out the remaining flowers I need to get married this Saturday, so I went in yesterday to purchase them.
I ve spent almost $300 on flowers and greenery, and that s with the half off discount.
Unfortunately the sale ended the day before, well Saturday, beings that they are closed sundays, which is why I waited to go on Monday.
I was also informed that they have the sale like every other week, so it will be next week .
Beings that Hobby Lobby is a Cristian and Godly company, I assumed they would let me get the discount, especially once I broke down in tears when I realized I could not afford the regular prices.
But nope, she smiled, said sorry.
And now I m stuck with an incomplete wedding and no money to finish, Thanks Hobby Lobby!

One of my favorite places to go. I usually know where everything is so that helps. I always use the coupons.

I'VE NEVER WROTE A NEGATIVE REVIEW BEFORE BUT AFTER MY EXPERIENCE THE LAST 5 TIMES AT THIS STORE I DECIDED IT WAS TIME TO. I've been a costumer for years. The last 5 times I've visited this hobby lobby I've gotten terrible service. The employees are rude, act miserable, and their unhelpful. I can NEVER find anything that I'm looking for. The staff at the checkout counters are slow and have an attitude. They definitely don't care about customer satisfaction. They have sale items marked incorrectly giving you the impression that something is on sale when it really isnt. Each time i've gone in it's the managers that are the most hateful and don't care about the customers needs. The managers are the ones who should act the most professional and act as examples/role models towards the other employees but they definitely bring down the entire store by their negativety. Oh an I brought a coupon in today and they wouldnt take it because it wasn't in paper form. I had the code and everything on my phone yet they wouldnt take it. So much for "being green" Hobby Lobby! You will never get my business again.

The staff is very knowledgeable and always friendly. I love the selection and there's always a sale on something. And if there's not then there is always the 40% off coupon on the app.
