I'VE NEVER WROTE A NEGATIVE REVIEW BEFORE BUT AFTER MY EXPERIENCE THE LAST 5 TIMES AT THIS STORE I DECIDED IT WAS TIME TO. I've been a costumer for years. The last 5 times I've visited this hobby lobby I've gotten terrible service. The employees are rude, act miserable, and their unhelpful. I can NEVER find anything that I'm looking for. The staff at the checkout counters are slow and have an attitude. They definitely don't care about customer satisfaction. They have sale items marked incorrectly giving you the impression that something is on sale when it really isnt. Each time i've gone in it's the managers that are the most hateful and don't care about the customers needs. The managers are the ones who should act the most professional and act as examples/role models towards the other employees but they definitely bring down the entire store by their negativety. Oh an I brought a coupon in today and they wouldnt take it because it wasn't in paper form. I had the code and everything on my phone yet they wouldnt take it. So much for "being green" Hobby Lobby! You will never get my business again.
