For the first time in my life, I'm going to post a bad review. I'm not so complaining, but the service, administration and complaints handling is just bad. Fortunately the only supplier of us with whom we have a lot of problems, but had expected something different from Hobart. Hobart is in no way responsible for mistakes made or poor communication. Just send and pay bills, not. Good and non-binding advice; looking for a dishwasher? Then don't go into the sea with Hobart !!!!

For several years we have been working in one of our businesses with a Hobart dishwasher, super satisfied! In our remodeled other accommodation chosen for a different brand on a smaller budget, regret :-(.
Fortunately our tenants can convince, since a few weeks our crockery is shining again, and in the peak moments we turn the dishes through it at a rapid pace. Our secret ... also here we work with a Hobart!

At the beginning of 2019 we started using the HOBART osmosis water glass washer. What a great machine! Top quality, clean glassware, cutlery, no more polishing, straight from the machine. And in addition to the great quality, it also saves 1 FTE on an annual basis, thus saving costs!

Our old dishwasher has broken down and then we talked to Hobart and 2 other companies. From the first moment a good feeling about the company, the seller and the product (the dishwasher). Expert and appropriate advice was the guiding principle, no fuss but just saying what it says. We have bought a dishwasher with a pre-rinse function and it now runs for about 1 month. So far a good purchase! In the beginning you start to compare on price, quality and feeling, afterwards I can say that we have made the right choice.

Just again purchased a new Hobart window cleaning machine. Works great, glasses are spotless and you can take them out and put them back immediately. Bart Smits, thanks for this golden tip.

After years of satisfactory support with purchases and installation, the technicians made the difference extra, practical, pragmatic, fast and to the point. Understand their profession and understand the challenges that you encounter as a hospitality entrepreneur. Also pay tribute to the fast-shifting office staff who could creatively and flexibly quickly free the technicians. Our day was quickly saved.

Vandaag tweede vaatwasser laten plaatsen in een ander filiaal. Heel erg tevreden. Erg goed service. Monteur sluit alles netjes mee aan en legt alles goed uit.

We recently had a new machine installed by Hobart. Communication effective and errors followed up quick and efficiently. Very professional training on several occasions. Very happy with this company.

First time 2.5 years ago a Steamer was bought, everything was great there, now a dishwasher was bought. Called on Friday, a representative on Tuesday and delivered working on Friday. so a dishwasher working within 4 days. Thank you for thinking along with solutions and fast services. Today, urgently (unfortunately) have to purchase a dishwasher. I have been treated very nicely by Noa, who has advised me well on the purchase of a new dishwasher, and all the possibilities that come with it.
The most important thing for me in the hospitality industry is that it can switch quickly. And by acting quickly and efficiently, we have a new dishwasher that will be placed immediately (within 1 day). With Valentine's Day and a busy weekend ahead, more than welcome for us.
Nothing but praise, and certainly a must for other fellow entrepreneurs.
