Fantastic experience staying at Hotel Italia Siena. The staff were very helpful and friendly...simply delightful to talk with and appreciative of my very limited Italian language skills. The rooms are charming and very clean. Breakfast was very good and well presented by the staff. I would certainly stay there again and highly recommend the hotel.
Not only was Hotel Italia an exceptional stay, but the service and staff went above and beyond any of my expectations to make me and my wife comfortable. Siena is an extraordinary place, but Hotel Italia made it just that much better. We plan to return soon and we know exactly where we will be staying! Thank you so much Hotel Italia for everything!
Great and helpful staff, it was walking distance to the center of siena, the hotel was super nice inside, the breakfast was spectacular, the rooms were very spacious and clean. definitely recommend to anyone.
Great location, very close to the train station and 5min walking from the old town. Staff friendly and efficient. I got a small room because I were alone and It was perfect with amenities and as good shower. Good breakfast.
This is a delightful hotel in a quiet area but only a fifteen minute walk from the centre of Siena. The room was very comfortable and I even had a balcony. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was very good. The breakfast was varied and of a good quality. You can even make your own pancakes! However, the reason for the five stars is the staff. They were all friendly and helpful at all times even when I was practising my Italian with them! There was nothing they would not do for us. So I would recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again.
Wonderful hotel, especially the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The room was beautiful, clean, spacious and had a wonderful view. The air-conditioning was very effective.
Maybe in future the prices could be made clearer/more visible when using the pool in Hotel Garden - the small bottle of wine was mysteriously 2 more expensive when we visited a second time. The shaved-haired man who served us that day was also the only unfriendly member of staff in either hotel. A minor quibble in an otherwise perfect stay in Siena.

Do not prepay or book through third party sites like Booking or Priceline. Hotel will not work with you once they have your money. Kept our charges even after they were locked down with coronavirus.

Very friendly staff and decent breakfast for a 3 star hotel. Good location if arriving by train with luggage. Bed could have been better but what really let it down was the duvet. It was a hard lumpy mess which needed replacing a while ago as the fluff had gone into hard balls.
The staff are extremely accommodating and pleasant. We appreciate their gesture. The breakfast is great. We had a wonderful stay.
