Not dealers, no customer service, they don't sell parts, they send you to "Authorized Suppliers" with no experience on getting any parts.
I can't find any parts for my hisun 250 utv, I think I will sell mine and get something more known and easy to get parts.

I got a sector 750 in 2018 it doesnt have a lot of miles on it because it wont start, the wheels wont move. It has been at the store over 6 times and ive been told it was the fuel injector and Everytime they've said they changed it. I'm getting everything I need to now due to a lawyer helping me with the lemon law on it.

One star not because it's a bad product- but about the service.
I purchased the Axis 500 UTV for my wife at Lowe's. The very day, 3 hours after purchase and 3 times up and down the driveway, I heard a "plong", as it was sitting there- not during driving.
I checked and found, the left side sway bar, coming from the stabilizer bar, going to the bottom of the shock was snapped off at the upper link.
Nothing serious, as I'm a technician and could fix this within 15 minutes once I have the part. Went on the web site and found a service point near by- an AgPro shop. I called and they said, well- you have to bring the UTV here, we have to assess and make an estimate, send it to Hisun and then order the part- but we are 4 weeks out, until it will be repaired, you can estimate 6-8 weeks.
For a little sway bar. Now- I'm buying a UTV for over $8000 and after 3 hours I have to give it into a shop for 8 weeks and can't use it?
Well- I called Hisun in Texas- I explained the issue- and she said- if I repair it by myself, the warranty for the whole vehicle voids. And they also don't supply me with the part. I have to go to an authorized shop.
Well- great service- no help, no support. To be honest- why would I buy something, where even such a minor issue is already such a big deal? I had other brands and I never had such an issue- they all were pleased, that they only have to send the part and not have to pay for the labor, plus making the customer happy- obviously, Hisun as a relatively new company, seems to have to learn a lot about customer service in the US. This is not, how it works. I would had expected a request for pictures of failure, maybe receipt and copy of title and in return a 3" long envelope with a little sway bar in it 2 days later in my mailbox- like all others had done so far, where I had issues with. Not as Hisun- so if you buy one, be aware- a light bulb will ground your thousands of $$$ purchase for months. While you might think to spend $1000 more and get, what you expect at Polaris, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Kubota or others- oh- forgot- Coleman is Hisun too- so don't even think you would get better service by choosing Coleman.
BTW- the gas gauge does not work either and I wanted to look at it next weekend- as the connector is ok, I will have to get the unit out and check- a common issue with this vehicle, as I learned by research.
Also- Lowe's had 3 of them - I drove all 3 and the first two, it was impossible to get it in reverse, as the linkage for reverse is not properly adjusted- the 3rd one worked, that's what I bought.
Quality control does not seem to be a high priority either- because- who sends vehicles out for sale, when they noticeably not function how they supposed to?
Like I said- the vehicle itself seems to be good- it's the assembly and the service which lacks far behind and from this point- the vehicles are $2000 overpriced- because this kind of service is, what I would expect from a low end throwaway product.
For my part- this was the first and last thing I bought from them- I researched and I learned, many even remove the sway bars completely anyway, so there is no real need for them in off road- which this vehicle will be driven anyway- as farm use.
Hisun- you lost a customer and I'm sure, you will lose many more- not because your vehicles are bad, but your service simply just sucks. And offroad vehicles need a lot of service.
Conclusion: worthless.
Was a pleasure dealing with them. Ashley was very professional and made the whole shipping process extremely smooth. Will definitely be back for future business.
2019 hisun sector 550 with 100 miles on it. Been to dealer shop 4 times. Restarting issue 4 times. Gear position icon on cluster incorrect 2 times. Now 4wd button is broke. Still having starting issue and gear selector issues. The company also does not post your reviews on there website. Getting a lawyer for lemon reasons.
I recently purchased a 750 Sector from Ponder Power Equipment in Bossier city this utv has power and handles very well in the woods I really like the instrument panel was easy to setup in my opinion Love my ride

I called about an issue with my side by side and spoke with a gentleman named Neil. He was very knowledgeable and helped resolve my issue very quickly. He also helped me locate the best place for me to buy my parts.
Worst motor company in the world. I'm not sure why Home Depot would sell any of this company's products. Bought a Vector UTV had it for 2 weeks and the engine started leaking oil and blowing black smoke. Took it to a dealer it's been 4 months now and they still haven't shipped the parts needed for repairs. During the warranty process they will find any way to blame the purchaser for the garbage design of their products. Seems to me that this is a lemon company. Avoid their products at all cost or you'll be sorry. There are numerous stories that match mine just look for yourself. Very very disgusted with this garbage company!

Super slow from loading or unloading I m here for pick up only 2 UTV s they take up to 6:45 hour to loaded me
I'm just wondering why it takes 6 months to fix my four wheeler!!? It has literally, literally took 6 months waiting on Parts! I bought my hisun forge brand new in less than 1 month the ignition switch went out 2 months later the exhaust was so hot it glowed red and it melted my rear right fender. After fighting lowcountry power sports In Beaufort south Carolina who wanted me to pay up front for repairs ( which were under warranty) I went with the only other AUTHORIZED repair shop any where near me. To cut to the chase my 4 wheeler is still in the shop no longer under warranty my advise pay the extra money and buy a Honda Yamaha hell anything other than a Hisun it will pay off in the long run. Unsatusfied!!

Company is a joke, there products are a joke, and there people and customer service suck, will never use them or refer them to anyone again
We are a warranty/service/repair center for Hisun motors. We have been for over a year now. The past year we get to see what these machines look like and they're built so cheap. The slightest amount of moisture from the humidity is enough to make the Vectors (and any other model) start acting up. Some of the issues we have seen JUST from small amounts of condensation have been loss of power, no idle, wont start, running rough. We have had one unit alone come in for work 5--maybe 6 times. His UTV sits under his car port; out of the weather and he still cant prevent these issues from happening. Either he purchased a lemon or these units are all trash. On top of everything we have yet to be paid by Hisun Motors Corp. We were told by Hisun to release the equipment to our customers and submit the invoices to work on getting our check. Getting paid by them is like pulling teeth. We have been paid ONE time for $170..and we have put in 12-16 hrs over the last 5-6 warranty jobs...mind you these 5-6 warranty jobs were all on the same unit. After we released the equipment 3 weeks had gone by so i called to see what was going on. They informed me that they weren't going to be paying us and that if we were going to get paid we needed to collect from the customer. 3 WEEKS WENT BY WITH ZERO COMMUNICATION and then they want to say we wont be paid when I follow up!? So i asked to talk to the GM or DO or CEO or anyone higher than a assistant manager and everybody that had authority over that location was out for lunch at 3:30-4:00 PM. Every time I called I was told "you just missed him"..coincidentally i managed to miss the higher ups when i called randomly 5 times a day ranging from 8a.m.-5p.m. Now back to the customer... HIS MACHINE HAS 13 HRS and they will NOT cover a dime. So they're trying to push the bill on to the customer who has had his UTV in the shop 60-70% of the time that he has owned it. These people are crooks. Their equipment is dressed up nice but its garbage. All they are doing is polishing a turd and selling it as a diamond. IF you cant afford a Honda, Yamaha, Polaris...etc..I would highly recommend a Massimo. These machines are very similar to Yamaha but they're half the price..UTVS start around $6k. We are a warranty/service center for Massimo and i have never seen one come in for repair that wasnt covered. Massimo ships parts within 24 hrs and will pay immediately just so the customer is happy. You will be stunned by the customer service, the tech help, and by the power of the equipment.
AVOID HISUN MOTOR CORP AT ALL COSTS!!

My strike 250 had a broken transmission. I have been looking for parts everywhere for this and no one I mean no one would help me out. Until I called Hisun, I spoke with a gentlemen named Neil he has been the only one to help with any knowledge over this thing. He even directed me to a dealer that could help me get parts for my 250 strike. I know it not much thank you for careing about the customer.
I live 80 miles away from any dealer and can not find parts anywhere.
I'm new to the power sports world and not much of a gear head. So, thanks a lot to Neil for answering all my questions! Even some I didn't think to ask. His knowledge and expertise are impressive.
