Savannah is The Walking City. The name is well deserved. If you are from a place, then of course it is the greatest place. After all I am from there, so what can I say other than you have good taste. People work very hard to preserve the past while modernizing. Throw in a few bushes and ponds and mounds and Savannah is exquisite.

Very disappointed with Daniel Carey today. He was arrogant & condescending to me, and he insulted the Chairman of a City board at the meetingi attended today. I used to be a member of this organization and thought of rejoining, but that won't happen as long as he is there. He does not represent ALL of historic downtown, and that is too bad
