One employee helped me was extremely nice but the others looked at me like I was a bum. One employee who was originally was supposed to help me attitude was DISCUSSING!
I love Hirshleifers! The store has a great selection of luxury goodies. I have found the best sales associate, Allison is very helpful, knowledgeable and professional :) She makes my shopping so much fun and easy!
Their Chanel boutique is more accessible than the Chanel boutiques in NYC. The staff was super helpful in helping me find just the right things I was looking for. Plus they have a good rewards program. All the designers in one house. Plus Kith treats.

Drove one hour to get here to find WAITING-LIST CLOSED when the store clearly says it close at 6pm. It was only 4pm when I got there. Should of at least said something about the whole waiting list BEFOREHAND. Waste of my time. None of the other stores with the appointment has this problem.

Horrific service. Told me they close at 5:15even though myself and others were walking around and hours listed say open til 6. I loathe a store and any service industry that doesn't serve customer well and serve until hours listed online. Adhere to your advertising! Terrible attitudes of staff. I left and took my dollars to the internet. I try to shop local and where I live but with service like that I refuse. You lost a sale! I won't return. Post covid I'm not giving any second chances to lousy retail at all!
