Over the past year, our company has purchased 25 Hirsh 18-inch deep two-drawer steel file cabinets. We now realize that the locks are the same on all of the cabinets. The same key opens all the file cabinets in our office. We called customer services, but the respond is very rude and they said there is no way to fix the problem. All the lock for this file cabinet is the same, and not way to change the lock. The produce is very cheap, and the customer services is very poor as well. Very disappointed!

Seems like a nice place to work, offers minimal products but has an expanding offering of new products. Definitely has a small business feel and very personable customer service although did not hear information back in regards to employment opportunities after the interview.
