Very nice apart hotel, very good location, clean the reception is wonderful, I highly recommend it.

Very clean. Elegant rooms. Has a sauna, a pool, and a gym. The gym is small though. Room service is great. Near lots of good restaurants and attractions in Nice. Is near lots of fun activities like the park or bowling alley.

Well located hotel, easily accessible with many services nearby. Quality service and a dynamic team. The hotel is clean although the furniture is dated.

Convenient location in a beautiful hotel. The room itself is clean and comfortable.
There is a big shopping mall (supermarket) in front of you.

However, considering the following points, I will look for other hotels in the future. I would like to stay again if it improves.

I have to wait more than 30 minutes for check-in even though it is not crowded.

It was a two-bedroom room, but I was in trouble because there was no place to hang a hanger in one room. (No closet) Just a shelf.

Staying here for 3 days. Will update on last day.

Really not bad, but I subscribe to setting baseline expectations. Definitely not a hotel meaning there is a cleaning service if you stay over 6 days.

Despite the fact that all common areas are currently impassable (swimming pool, gym, breakfast room, etc.). The welcome from Alexandro was great and the reception team in general were attentive.

Good welcome. Apartment equipped at a minimum: crockery and cutlery for two people, nothing more.

Stuck in the lift, no hot water in the room - 3 days to repair + did not have another room to change... their solution was to have a shower in the pool showers, no towel replace during the full stay (was not mentioned while booking), sofas extremely dirty, staff very rude, no wifi from the room - anyway, cannot find something good during the stay.

Excellent value for money and located quite close to various tourist areas, also in front of the structure there is a Carrefour, therefore maximum comfort

Lovely staff very friendly. Very clean and spacious apartments. Close to shops, restaurants, train station and tram. Would definitely recommend. Will be back.

On the other hand, the swimming pool is too small as well as the fitness room with inability to connect to wifi in the fitness.

The cafeteria is too small and the hallways smell a little 'dust

Quite close to the old center of Nice and in the immediate vicinity of a shopping center, located near the Acropolis tram station and Nice Riquer Train Station.

Big disappointment. I am trying to understand the 4 stars.

Moisture problem:
Dirty and soaked carpet in the room, walls stained with paint peeling off on the wall near the bathroom, same thing in the hallways where the carpet is very dirty and the walls not very new.

Big problem with decorating and installing the bathroom:
The floor of the shower is even with the tiles, no separation and very little tilt not at all practical we put water everywhere!
There is a dated and stained shower curtain.

The door does not close unless you put the lock, letting in bad odors because the bathroom is poorly ventilated and the tiled walls are observed to be affected by humidity.

Tiny swimming pool contrary to what the photos suggested, it is very very poorly indicated (no information in the elevators on how to access it)
The swimming pool is on the roof but it is impossible to access it through the 6th, the highest floor, you have to go down to the entrance and then take another elevator making the floors like the other elevators but with the floor swimming pool (not at all instinctive)

The floors are very poorly marked! No information on the number of rooms according to the floors: We get lost!
The elevators only take you to the requested floor if we swipe our magnetic card, it is nowhere indicated, and the system is laborious.

The connection to wifi is laborious and explained in an unclear way.
The staff are a bit cold and but know how to point us to nice places to visit.

A lot of opposite on the "terraces", about fifteen cigarette ends on the ground.

The room should have a double bed but it was two small beds pushed together !!

And for the decoration, personally that was not my thing, we see that they tried to do something design but at the least expensive therefore not very beautiful.

In short, in general I always try to find positive things to have a qualified criticism but everything was disappointing and absolutely not worthy of a 4 star, apart from the kitchen area which is rather satisfactory, the rest is poorly ventilated, dirty because looks a bit old, there were 4 of us and we really didn't feel comfortable.
I had much better nights in hotels 3 times cheaper. I felt their only goal was profitability.
I absolutely advise against it.

(For information, I did not try the sauna or the breakfast)

Nice hotel, good location and friendly staff. Pool and gym are good enough and cozy.

Nice apartment block. Very modern and new inside, but also basic. We had a double room which included a hob, fridge, dishwasher, sink and toaster. No kettle. Unfortunately one side of the room the plug sockets didn't work but this didn't really affect our stay. It was relatively quiet, most noise came from the traffic on the main road or people in the apartment block opposite. Only a 15-20 minute walk from the old town, where most attractions, bars and the beach are.
Bathroom is nice, the shower we had faced the wall when in its holder so it had to be held above by hand when washing, but again not a big issue.
Reception staff lovely, friendly and helpful.

Although a 4 star hotel it is not as clean or modern. The area sucks with drug addicts circulating in the surrounding streets, homeless and men of Arab and African descent who can reach you for 5 euros. Generally, when it gets dark, you do not move much outside. Breakfast is always the same without fresh fruit. Definitely very expensive for the services it offers and rather colorless as a space.

Warm welcome. Close to the tram and the city center of Nice. Unfortunately the swimming pool was inaccessible due to current health regulations. Lots of places to store your things. The condition of the accommodation is average (sliding doors do not close properly, carpet on the floor). Good bedding.

When I did my check-in at the hotel I have shown them my passport.
I have only notice that my passport was missing after two days. I went to the reception and they have kept it for almost two days without telling me. They could have contacted me by phone or just left a letter in my room saying that they had my passport but they did nothing. The room looks lovely in the pictures in the booking websites, but this is not the true. The floor was dirty and the room was not very clean. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hipark Residence Nice is a contemporary hotel offering complete and fully equipped apartments to meet the basic needs of its guests, the rooms have air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, oven, electric kettle, dishwasher, cutlery and utensils, living area with flat screen satellite TV, free WI-FI, safe and private bathroom, the hotel also offers a swimming pool, sauna and gym.
Very well located, it is next to a Carrefour unit, close to the Exhibition Center, the promenade by the sea, the Train Station and the historic center of Nice, offering a friendly, polite and attentive service with 24-hour reception, services laundry and paid parking.

Staff were excellent but room smelled of stale smoke and wi-fi was really poor. Location was ok rather than ideal. Would come back to Nice again but probably look for a nicer place to stay.

Nice room and convenient location but the wifi is slow and troublesome.

Was good. They could not do some things like help with baggage tho due to staffing.

!Bedbug!
I was bitten by bedbug in sofa bed. And All lady staffs treated unkindly.

Pros:
1) This Hotel is located nicely for someone who wants to commute to Cannes,Monaco as the Nice Riquier station is 5-6 minutes walk from this hotel.
2) Bus no. 98 from Airport takes you near the hotel(10 minutes walk)
3) Close to tram station
4) Reception staff are nice and speak English. They are also available 24x7.
5) Tiny roof top Swimming pool(opens 7am to 9pm during summer)
6) There's a huge mall right infront of the hotel and Mcdonald's for a quick snack is right infornt of the hotel and it opens until mid night.
7) Storage facility for your luggage after check-out.

Cons:
1) Smelly bathrooms/rooms. Needs to be addressed urgently.

2) Terrible Wi-Fi which is very dodgy to get connected.

3) City tax(not sure if its the same everywhere in NICE) costs 7 Euros per person to be paid at the reception at check in time

4) Breakfast is on expensive side which we didn't try. And menu doesn't look that exciting.

5) Though the hotel(more like Apartments) is good, we were bit unlucky with our studio apartment(for 4) as the bathroom was bit smelly and shower door wasn't properly closing and it made the bathroom even worse with water spilling.

6) No room service for stays less than 7 nights or so. And they don't even offer towels and charge extra if required.

I have stayed in other Hi Parks in Paris. This one is not as nice. Our carpeting is dirty like really dirty. The kitchenette is sparse. The internet is almost non existent. I would give them one star except they have air-conditioning and parking on site. I would never stay here again.

Wonderful, huge suites with everything you need to work or enjoy the city. Away from the noise of the city centre but barely 15-20 min away from everything, either walking or by tramway. Very welcoming staff, and a swimming pool on the roof for the hot summer days. Breakfast buffet is a bit basic and if you go early they are a bit overwhelmed with tourist groups (try going after 8am if you can).

A good size room for three, helpful staff, good location, about 15 mins walk to the old town. Carrefour is just across the street.

Good apart hotel. The only most notable shortcoming is the poor quality of the wifi signal. Great location, across from a shopping mall and Carrefour store.

Very nice welcome. Staff smiling and available.Apartment very well. Very comfortable kingsize bed. We were 3 and we had plenty of space. Easy access with tram 1 from Place Massena. Address to keep and share. Pascale 1st August 2018

Hotel staff were very friendly and location was very good, close to tram, close to train station and not far from port and old town. Room was small quite basic and reasonably clean. Plugs in bath and kitchen however didn't hold the water so constantly had to top up. However big gripe was NO IRON, went down the first evening, told to come back in a while, did so and told to come in the morning, did so twice and still no joy, told there were then three rooms waiting. So bit the bullet and went to Carrefour [ most expensive supermarket in the world] and bought one. Lady in the reception then spotted it and told me i might have got one in a hour, also tried to tell me they only say ironing board not iron. Glossy Hipark booklet in the room states iron as well. If you dont mind wandering around Nice like a hobo, then go, if not avoid this place at all costs. Not sure how they can be four star and not supply equipment as advertised on website etc. Wasted the first night of the holiday stuck in room and might have still been there if i hadn't bought one.

Nothing more! Neither really clean nor really dirty! Updated but not really in the details. The manager is not nice to everyone, takes himself down. Friendly staff. Very expensive and poor quality breakfast.

The place itself looks nice however the service is a disaster. Nobody has informed us that after one shower no hot water will be left in the room until the next day so I m warning future guests . Staff wasn t helpful at all and spoke no English. And like everybody s commented the WiFi coverage is a thing that needs to be improved. Wishing lots of luck to HR while looking for professional staff.
