Hipark Residence Nice Reviews

A 10-day trip with the family, this is not a crazy hotel, disappointed because no swimming pool accessible due to COVID without having been really warned. Really shame with 3 children otherwise I would not have chosen this hotel.
The plus was the free parking for our stay as we had booked in early June.
But I would not rate this hotel we were better off at home.
The furniture becomes dilapidated, cleaning is done once for 10 days.
And the staff do not necessarily have a relationship with them except for an addition error which was corrected upon leaving.

One star and that s too much! Dirty hotel, we arrived, a filthy smell of cold tobacco but really strong impregnated in the bedding the curtains, finally if we can call them curtains (holes, dirty) the carpet on the floor was no longer beige but brown so it was dirty (big visible stains)
We asked to change the apartment but we didn t even consider our request, I don t recommend at all.

Poor, Dirty, sheet too small, poor quality bedding, smell of sewage in the bathroom.
I do not recommend.

Nice location, tiny but convenient gym, close to tram

I knew that it was a hotel and did not clean the towel replacement room
I do not have a ventilation fan in the bathroom.

Carrefour is the best
Phijiogel is in the pharmacy

I often stay at Hipark by Adagio receptionists who are always kind and helpful .... close to many organic shops and supermarkets in the area also convenient for public transport.
I mentioned this to the direction that does not come in many rooms Wi-Fi ...

Very dirty hotel, stained carpets, curtains with holes and stains,
hair in the bathtub, clogged kitchen sink, very loud air conditioning, not enough hot water for everyone, WIFI does not work at all And there are few interesting channels on the tv. The windows have not had to be washed in years. The benches in the hall are so dirty that you don't dare sit down. There are a lot of overlooked And it is impossible to open the windows because the noise is terrible day and night. The breakfast is the worst I have eaten And very expensive 15 euros. It is chemical-based for drinks and scrambled eggs. Parking is very expensive 18 euros per day. We will never come back to this hotel or that of this chain. Because of Plus we waited More than 20 minutes at the reception which turned out to be cold and very unprofessional. We have the impression that this hotel is not kept. I do not recommend.

It was really good for its price. Rooms are larger than most hotel rooms and it's located next to a carrfour, basically a Walmart. Parking is a bit pricy, but there is a free parking lot and a $5 lot 10 minutes away.

Rooms were clean and kitchen was well equipped and the staff had excellent English and were extremely helpful in reception but the pool was a huge concern for me as the lifeguard didn't stop children from running around and there wasn't anywhere to sunbathe

We just used the outdoor facility. Looked tired and had some odd rules about wearing T-shirt by the pool.

Small and comfortable, perfect for some easy nights.

The hotel very well located excellent value for money. The clean and comfortable well equipped apartment.

We had a bad experience. We booked this hotel mainly for the parking. We had the parking booked, and the staff told us that it was full that night.

Good Hotel with studio-sizes rooms but good wifi is a problem here.

It all looks neat but you don't get clean towels and nobody comes by to collect the waste or to clean the apartment. The gym is minimal you can not do much here because the weights and machines are missing. The breakfast room is very pricey you pay 15 euros for a standard breakfast. There are no chairs to sit on the balcony and the apartment itself has no chairs to eat at.

I can not put more because our room the 401 had a smell of rising sewers (hints frightful intermittently). Plus and it's really bad: there are only 5 or 6 TV channels and no tf1! It is true that TV can not care unless it rains. ..and a 4 stars offering only part of the free channels tnt is ABSOLUTELY out of race. By cons spacious, clean, comfortable bed. We can sleep there for 4 adults.

Stayed in Hipark for 5 days in October with my wife and 2 teenage kids . The rooms were small but very clean and tidy . The hotel was about 15-20 minute walk from town and is in a very busy area with plenty restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were friendly and spoke good English .
Negatives - No room service which was fine but fresh towels would have been nice , there is a laundry downstairs but you shouldn t have to do your washing on holiday.
Be very careful when you go upstairs to the pool , me and my son got locked out as the keycard would not open the door .
The main lifts get stopped at night for some reason so you need to use another lift .
Apartment does not have a toilet in the bathroom , it s in a separate room and does not have a sink in it so you need to go to the main bathroom to wash your hands after which is not only unhygienic but a pain in the backside .
Overall the hotel was good value for money but I wouldn t go back.

So edit and frankly the opinion remains the same despite the prices which have increased because purchased by Adagio but still at the same level as in 2016. Staff just as pleasant, we were treated to the same room and everything is nearby. I recommend it to you.

I got a suite which was really nice but where are my towels the next day? I didn't know they don't have daily maids.

There is a city tax per person of EUR 2.25 per night.

We arrived at the hotel much earlier than expected, 7hrs before the check in time of 3pm so we had to sleep in the lobby for 5hrs because the front desk could not think of a better way to accommodate us even though they were not fully booked!

Rooms were small, no tea/coffee provided, towels were not changed; you have to have stayed at least 8 days to get new ones or pay. Same with the toilet rolls and even the bins!
I've stayed at plenty of aparthotels, which have all provided tea / coffee in rooms, rolls and a change of towels AND bin at least once during our stay - it's the basic.

Apparently all their rooms are non-smoking but our room was scented with cigarettes which was coming through the vents.

Breakfast was okay, though they do run out of hot food very quickly.

Gym was about 2 machines repeated 5 times each - Didn't use.
Sauna was OK no relaxation area..

Was stuck on the roof for 20 minutes or so, keycard wasn't working and no emergency call to reception, finally someone showed up only to be a trainee that didn't have a clue. Eventually someone who appeared to be a manager of some sort opened the door claiming there was a button that needed to be pushed - looked very much like a fire alarm trigger but alright.

The WiFi? Awful.

1 TV in the living room but not in the bedroom.
Big problem, this is an apartment hotel, but there are hardly any utensils in the kitchen. No coffee machine (but you can use the nespresso machine at the reception at 1.5 per coffee !!!). No knife worthy of the name. No cutting board but a bread knife, no washing up liquid and so on ...
The staff were friendly to us but we were disappointed with the services it is better to rent a hotel room in a mercury at the same price.

The service is correct but nothing more, the pool looks more like a bathtub than a swimming pool ... functional kitchen.

Great family stay in a very clean apartment on the occasion of the carnival. Home nothing to say. Convenient with the car park and the many shops just opposite The town center is 20 minutes away on foot ...

We have been coming here for 5 year around February. I m happy to say the rooms are always nice and clean the staff always as helpful, and plus is really well located to walkin to the town center and old town.

We booked online and then paid online (confirmation received that we have paid). We were pleased that this is all done and we can go without worries. Wrong thought. As we wanted to check in we said we have to pay. We showed that we have received the confirmation and that this is done. The hotel can NOT be paid via online payment. They only check if you have enough money in your account ...
The staff is very cold and rather unfriendly. The rooms are OK. It is strange that the rooms are not regularly cleaned. Only about every two days.
Showering was not available. In the bathroom was a dispenser but this was very uncomfortable to use for the hair.

The only drawback was that we learned that the rooms are not cleaned up yet and the breakfast quality is quite low

Overall very good stay, pleasant room and well located hotel!

Only negative point: the swimming pool was closed and it was not mentioned anywhere ... (that was one of the reasons why we chose this hotel). Given the health situation in which we find ourselves we fully understood these measures but we would have liked to be informed beforehand.

But otherwise I recommend !!!

Neat apartments with all the amenities, and the rooftop pool!
But the real plus is the staff :-) Listening, helpful ... A hybrid between the vacation apartment which offers autonomy and the hotel which offers a multitude of services.

We stayed for a week in September and cannot fault the staff. We had a studio and while it may be just the same size as a hotel room it did have a kitchen area. My wife would have preferred more cupboards instead... As with most extended stay residences that are cleaned only weekly they age quickly but this didn't detract too much. The pool area was spotless and a nice extra in a city hotel. It was just 5 mins from the tram so the city was easily reached. All in all we enjoyed it for the price we paid

WI-FI does not work in the room,
cleaning for a stay of up to 6 days is done every other day, for longer stays, there is a vacuum cleaner in the bedroom closet. the carpet was all dingy.
you can't say at the reception that you don't like the room because the receptionist can be very
offended and shout that he does not admit such comments.
breakfast is sufficient. for those who are more than 1.80 m tall be careful with your heads

DO NOT STAY HERE. Horrible customer service and poor corrupt management and very unorganized front desk that has no idea what they are doing. False information and contradictions being made left and right. I am battling a dispute at the moment for a refund I am due which the manager refuses to make. Expedia is well aware. I have never seen something so unjust and ridiculous.

Good Hotel, not very central but a few minutes from Place Garibaldi.

No worries about accommodation. On the other hand for breakfast it is a disaster. At 9:30 am, there was no more fresh bread and pastries.

Great hotel with decent wifi. One of the guys on reception, Julien was brilliant. He sorted and quieries we had and recommended some good restaurants.

The worst hotel I have done in my life, yet I have.
We were coming for our one year wedding anniversary, we had indicated. We had taken a suite with breakfasts.
On arrival we are given a room with two single beds. After asking for a room with a double bed, we stick our beds together and bring us back to the same room. The sauna is "broken". Breakfast: nothing left at 9 a.m.: no pastries, a burst of Orange juice, 3 fruits running after each other, toast on a plate and a coffee machine ...
TO FLEE !!!

Fantastic to say the least .... excellent in everything including swimming pool, sauna and gym.

I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay.

Very nice place. Apartment type. You can do your own cooking as everything is provided. English TV selection is poor, only BBC and Euronews. The rest are in French with a sprinkling of Spanish, Italian, Russian and Arabic channels.

To avoid, room with stained mochette that makes you a little disgusting to walk on it ....
There are 2 bathrooms, but together they are half: one keeps only the toilet, the other holds the tap and the bathtub, they have no windows or fans ...
On the balcony I found myself on the ground of cigarette butts ...
Now that I know I will not go back, at this price it is much better!

The staff was lovely and the pool on the roof was really handy the beds are comfortable

PMR apartment lacks toilet and shower bars.
Very slippery ground.
Lack of cupboards and in the kitchen everything is high. Fortunately our son is 75.

Modern, functional room with surprising and efficient lighting. A balcony on the 5th floor which offers us a view of the hills around Nice.
An interesting buffet breakfast.
A slightly abrupt welcome on the first evening arriving from the airport.
