Like others have mentioned the customer service is non-existent. As others have mentioned, the choices are from an old museum, like the lights in the Addams Family TV show. The prices are not cheap.

Went in today 1/30 at 12:30 to get assistance on outside lighting. We were treated and the lady pointed us to the lighting after that we go no further help even when we were looking for assistance. We left without buying the $1,000 light and will not be a returning customer!

There is an incredible selection from which to choose. The customer service was outstanding. They helped us choose the correct lighting for our bathroom remodel. They did not try to upsell us. And price was very reasonable. If you need lighting, this is the place.

Walked in to their show room looking to change all the lighting in our house. Spoke to the lady at the desk who just told us to look around. Feeling overwhelmed and not knowing where to start, we asked for assistance once again. The man informed us that he would take our information and have a designer contact us. That was two weeks ago and we have heard from no one. I guess they don t really need the business....

Only place I could find that could make a lamp from a bottle I wanted to use. I got a shade and Jack was just the BEST person to work with.
