my consumer number is 644580. I recevied cylinder on 3/5/20. Today i was trying to fit the cylinder i noticed that the cap was open when i opened the seal. Then i tried to fit the regulator, a sound came after i switched on the regulator. Then i switched the gas on to check.
After i on the gas fire was high and also the regulator got some fire around. Luckly we were saved with a huge blast soon i turned off the regulator. So please look into it as soon as possible send a person to check and repalce gas pipe, regulator & cylinder.

WORST, LOOTING, CHEATING, LYING, HOPELESS AND USELESS services from hp gas, their distributors and their deliveryman.

This is the complaint against hp gas for LEGALLY LOOTING, CHEATING AND LYING from the customers. If the overcharging is not paid the gas will not be transferred gives a STRICT WARNING from the distributor and the deliveryman named pappu from Tardeo. Mine was a transferred process within city from Andheri to Tardeo but still there was overcharging, the ARROGANT, STUBBORN deliveryman named pappu just entered my house saw the gas stove and levied the overcharges of Rs. 295/- without any clear reply and gave us the STERN AND STRICT warning if this overcharges are not paid the gas will not be transferred.

This things of LOOTING, CHEATING AND LYING is happening everywhere with hp gas because there is no option left to the customers to purchase gas from elsewhere because of lengthy process and mental harassment by the distributors. And this HARASSMENT is done on purpose because there is no one to ask or complaint against the gas distributors. This gas distributors are MERELY LOOTING, CHEATING the customers by this USELESS AND HOPELESS CHARGES and customers has to pay because there is no alternative.

Company is good but one of his chief manager in Ambala Ajai Singh is characterless and he is not yet changed himself. Still working in such a maharatna c.o.
