Hinds County Human Resource Agency Review

This is a nice friendly based place even the security people are friendly the only problem I have is when I call my social worker even leave messages she never return my calls back but other than that I have no problem with them.

The workers there are so unprofessional and unorganized! I don t know if they are getting tired of their jobs but they re closing cases because they don t feel like going through the process and when you re frustrated after waiting 5 months for them to work on your case they make it seem like you don t have a reason to be frustrated when they re the ones keep stalling on your case, every time you call it be a different story or a different worker disregarding their duties they suppose to do on the job.I guess for a break but then stalling will eventually provoke them to just drop your case because they don t want to work on it anymore.

The social workers are giving poor services and they're lying to the public about funding.
