Dr. Dawson ENT at HIMG is an excellent doctor. Very caring, takes time to explain things and very professional. If you are looking for a ear, nose and throat doctor you will not be disappointed. His staff is very nice and go out of their way to help you. When HIMG hired Dr Dawson they added a great provider to their staff
One of your providers is on twitter openly advocating for the release of private information of a working class citizen POC for authoring an obvious parody video with which she does not agree. Nurse Practicioner Nancy Bostar. I am quoting: "Let's make him famous." She also posts conspiracy-theory levels of anti-catholic sentiment.
I am unable to post screenshots here at this time due to Google's auto-filter, but will happily provide them to administration. In fact, I'm going to press the issue until I hear from administration. I will continue to work hard to make this information public on this posting.
I am curious if HIMG condones or endorses this behavior? I wouldn't trust a practitioner who is so self-unaware, with such a low level of compassion and such a high capacity for indiscretion and bigotry, and you should not be exposing your patients to such.

My husband and I have and know multiple physicians in this group and they are all well educated and caring professional individuals.
First time visiting HIMG and it was not pleasant experience. Dr. Abdelgaber has no compassion or respect for his patients. This again was my first visit, I was waiting on the Dr to come in and I could hear someone yelling at a older woman in the room next to me. I was hoping this was not my Dr but it was. He came no introduction no hello how are you. I introduced myself told him why I was there. He was talking to me like a unruly child. Raising his voice with me discrediting my illness. I told him several times as he was asking my questions i didnt have the answers too "I'm not a Dr sir, I dont know" This was very important visit. Now I have to search for another Dr.
Drove 5 hours round trip to see doctor Touma for nothing! They have no renewed contract with unicare. They could had said something about it when we made the appointment! Will not go back again!
Well organized and helpful crew at this facility. Clean and well maintained. The local artwork and historical displays are fun to examine. First-world healthcare at its finest - precisely what each makes it out to be. The building was a Walmart over a decade ago.
Good venue, good doctors, good cafe, great location...BUT, try calling them! Spend a few bucks, HIMG, and get a REAL phone center with more than 2 operators! I usually resort to actually going there and trying to sweet talk my way in to talk to a real person!
Was not allowed to go back with patient in Opthamology when Endocrinolgy let me go with him 45 minutes prior. He has hearing loss. They were very rude.
