I have heard quite a lot that it is a good hotel and what I think is very cool close to the center.

It was a pleasure staying at Hilton The Hague. Great location with really pleasant and clean room. All of the personnel was incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. They wore masks and in the whole hotel were special instructions to observe social distancing which made us feel very safe. Service and food both at breakfast and dinner were excellent. Overall the experience was brilliant and we enjoyed our weekend getaway a lot.

The cocktail bar at the Hilton the Hague is staffed by very talented men and women. You are able to order drinks that are not listed on the menu, as long as you know the ingredients used. The service is very good with a waiter always on the lookout for your needs. In the weekend they have a dj. A very nice place to go if you have a craving for nice cocktails in a private setting.

I felt very comfortable in the hotel - the Corona measures have been implemented very consistently and I felt very safe on all 3 days. Very pleasant breakfast - despite predetermined times. However, I would ask you to check whether the amount of disinfectant in the dispensers installed is sufficient - even pressing twice is not enough to complete the process. Wet the palms of both hands. What is it supposed to achieve?

I upgraded my rating from 3 to 4 since these brave people asked publicly what my very average rating was about. That drives professionalism and deserves praise. I'm sure they'll work on further improvements.
The hotel experience I had was good; the food was amazing and the service was friendly, good and to the point.

My parking garage experience was less so. I received a ticket from the front desk that didn't work. Can happen. Then, things got worse as the intercom was not answered at the gate, leaving me blocking a row of several angry car drivers behind me, while I had to ask every one to move backwards so I could park again, walk back to the reception and discuss matters with staff who declared: "later at the day we don't attend the car park intercom anymore".

Today went to eat here, service was really top and the food all the way after the main course the chef came to us I think his name was bobby to ask if everything was to his liking and then made a delicious sunday ice cream for us unwise nice man i will definitely come back here.

Modern and upgraded accommodations. The bed was a bit lacking as it is a foam mattress and still manages to make you hot with the temperature turned way down. The bar, spark, is fine, but the appetizers are lacking from a quality perspective. I want to give this hotel five stars, but they've clearly created an environment that is neither highly service oriented nor highly comfort oriented.

Service and quality are always top notch here, I've stayed here at least a dozen times and always come back. Perfect location on the nicest shopping street in The Hague, many Galleries and restaurants within minutes. More of a boutique hotel feel than a standard Hilton.

What a wonderful 'coming home' again! Immediately upon arrival, all the necessary assistance, suitcases, bags, coats and the car at the site in no time.
Very friendly help in all respects, beautiful cozy and very clean rooms and dinner and breakfast, so varied, with delicious cappucino, and everything desirable, and the service, very obliging, super nice and are continuously for you ready.
Dear people, thank you again!

The hotel is desperately in need of renovation. The corridors have an unpleasant smell, the only good thing is that the rooms are big enough.
This is the second time I stayed at the hotel in a year's time and it definitely can't be a coincidence that the room service had issues both the times I've stayed. My husband was offered to wave off the parking charges in lieu of the room service goof up but we refused. While it's a good thing that the hotel staff tried to compensate, but that cannot be a permanent strategy.

A wonderful Hilton with great rooms and Executive Lounge

I stayed at the Hilton The Hague three times, in three different types of rooms and suites: KING EXECUTIVE STUDIO, ONE-BEDROOM SUITE and ROYAL SUITE. All were fantastic, spacious, beautifully decorated and functional with good work desks! The studio as well as the Royal Suite offers beautiful views of the beautiful city of The Hague. All rooms have great bathrooms, but of course the Royal Suite is even more wonderful.

The most loyal customers, the Honors Diamond, also have all the benefits of the Hilton program and personalized attention from great customer service.

The Executive Lounge offers a great deck in the summer, but in the winter with the terrace closed the space becomes small, even so I fulfilled its role of offering additional benefits to the executive floor as well as the most loyal Diamond customers.

I hope this brief report will help other travelers choose the next hotel. :)

Great location the other side of the city where the architecture is older and quaint. The staff were really friendly and accommodating I've r our 4 night stay, always eager to speak or acknowledge your presence. The rooms were clean and modern. There was plenty of choice too at breakfast where again the staff couldn't do anymore to make you feel comfortable. We also used the bar in the evening and again the service was excellent. Fully recommend.

The five-star hotel does not have toothpaste and slippers, it was a surprise. The terrible smell of the old carpet on the floor in the rooms and the corridor. A very battered hotel in the city center, it does not match its money.

Lobby access to check in from the front entrance is extreme Ly inconvenient for people with heavy luggages. It's got two steps. If the bellboy isn't around, he never is unless called, then you can choose to carry your own luggage one by one down the steps or take the ramp from the outside through another wheelchair accessible entrance and go back to the lobby area via a long ramp. The rest of the hotel stay is nice. It's just this lobby with the two steps is really annoying.

My stay here at The Hilton Hage has been the worse experience I ve ever had visiting a hotel. We are here to speak at The GSM Conference. Our first night the room wouldn t cool off. After 4am it is decided by an employee that we move to another room. Fun repacking bags right? Irritated and getting into another room it s a little cooler, but it gets better. Close to 5am we fall asleep then around 7am a boom sounds outside the door. There is workers outside laying carpet. Sad to see they were standing around talking and laughing instead of doing there job. I called the front desk and he confirmed that he would take care of it. 30 minutes go by and nothing but laughter and talking. I called the front desk back and I expressed that if he didn t take care of it I would open my door and commence to give them a piece of my mind. The guy at the front desk re confirmed me that the manager would personally call me about the situation. Few hours have gone by and no call. In my future travels I will make it an effort to select other hotels over a Hilton Hotel. The service here is horrible.

We really enjoyed the big spacious room. Bathroom was amazing with very nice and noble elements. Bed was comfortable. The restaurant of the hotel is absolutely amazingly designed and beautifuly decored. Breakfast is exellent with on demand cooked egg preparations, fresh Granola.... Diner was also great. Exellent service from staff. It is clean everywhere. Recommended!

Everything is fine with the hotel. Only the parking system is badly solved. The parking garage right next door does not belong to the hotel itself and therefore you have to go a long way to get to your car. In addition, parking is relatively expensive 30 for one night. Apart from that, I was billed another 15 because I drove out once in the night and the machine swallowed my ticket and I had to get a new ticket. I reported the problem to the front desk where they only told me that it was my own fault. So I paid a total of 45 for a day's parking ... Otherwise the hotel was okay, everything was clean and a relatively comfortable bed.

The Hilton has some of the best staff in the city....

The Hilton has some of the best staff in the city. The rooms are first class in terms of comfort and style. I felt very relaxed and almost like I was at home. Again the service offered to me was first rate. I always stay at the Hilton The Hague when I require the very best accommodations.

In Corona time there is no breakfast buffet, that is understandable. But for 35 Eur per person per day the breakfast offer was simply rip off. There were a few small rubber buns and mini croissants. You could choose between three breakfasts. Despite a written order, it was initially incorrect and then incomplete.
Our car was parked overnight for about 9 hours in the underground garage at a price of 30 Eur per day.
Dog in the room also cost 45 euros for 2 nights, even though there was no room cleaning due to Corona. The used towels should be placed in front of the room. We only got one set back for two people. Not understandable.
When you go to a Hilton hotel, you want to experience something special or at least expect quality. Only the prices were special (brazen). The rooms were ok, except for an extremely small 80x80cm shower with a primitive tap.
Overall, the stay was disappointing.

Nice room and nice easy location. Whether it is worth 5 stars, I doubt that. Before that had really expected a bit more luxury and nicer finished rooms. In addition, our room was cleaned exactly as I do at home, everywhere around it and everything that does not have to be moved.
