I upgraded my rating from 3 to 4 since these brave...

I upgraded my rating from 3 to 4 since these brave people asked publicly what my very average rating was about. That drives professionalism and deserves praise. I'm sure they'll work on further improvements.
The hotel experience I had was good; the food was amazing and the service was friendly, good and to the point.

My parking garage experience was less so. I received a ticket from the front desk that didn't work. Can happen. Then, things got worse as the intercom was not answered at the gate, leaving me blocking a row of several angry car drivers behind me, while I had to ask every one to move backwards so I could park again, walk back to the reception and discuss matters with staff who declared: "later at the day we don't attend the car park intercom anymore".
