Great hotel. Staff was cool..very clean. Stayed here in the past, The prices are very reasonable. The rooms are big, their like suites. They hve a store, but i suggest u dont buy from there super expensive.
They also serve dinner, n breakfast and the dining area is open. Food is good tho but not cheap!
The hotel was very clean, and I really liked the atrium style. We were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost our first night. Throughout the rest of the weekend, the front desk staff, Hlay Aliotte and Sean, were absolutely wonderful. They were kind and very helpful. Anything we asked for was obtained with speed and charm. A big shout out to them both! We will definitely be staying here again
I really enjoyed my stay at Hilton Suites Oakbrook. I met a Hilton Grand Vacation employee Doy, that sold me the greatest package. He was polite and professional, and because of him I will be returning. Thanks Hilton... your the best. :-)
Pool closed down. Seems like a big place to meet up to do deals... Only one way in and one way out. Furniture looks like it's from the 70s and hounds tooth carpet lol, everything else is pretty, nice lobby. Be prepared to pay $4 for a drink if you need something.
The hotel lobby is nice. The rooms are dated and access to balconies are limited. Due to Covid, their pool is closed and there are no in hotel food options with their kitchen however, the hotel room was clean and roomy

We were never informed that there was a $6.00 fee for parking at the hotel. Where else would the hotel guests park??? When this charge showed up on our bank transaction it was quite a surprise . We called and were told " we have been charging for parking for a year now" . No apology for not informing us when we made reservations or checked in .
Breakfast is no longer served and no coffee. You could pay $13 for a "to go" box containing a muffin or piece of fruit. We have stayed here several times in the past, but will probably not return...charging to park in the parking lot is just ridiculous!
First, let me say that the rooms COULD be wonderful if Hilton would update and renovate the rooms. The 1- bedroom layout is nice and spacious with a double door leading to the bathroom, but it feels like early 1992 in here. From the furniture, to the carpet and wallpaper, everything is super dated and could use a fresh, polished renovation. Some of the outlets on the walls were loose, and a couple outlets on the desk didn't even work at all. The restaurant isn't open on the weekends except for a modest choice for breakfast, and the pool is still closed. Hopefully Hilton will invest a little into this property to freshen it up to bring it up to date, but until then, we'll likely stay at alternative places in the area.
Even tho it was one night I definitely felt comfortable and safe...and I will be returning in the near future.
