Drew is my favorite! He was so accommodating!!!! The service, cleanliness, and modern decor; fabulous!!!!!

Facility was clean and has the potential to be an excellent spot when completely open. Room was very comfortable. Front desk was very accommodating with my late check-out request, look forward to future stays when in the area.

Excellent stay! I had the best experience all thanks to the support of the hotel representatives going above and beyond which impressed upon me so much, I wouldn t be able to notice anything wrong if there was. That s how good the staff is here.

Wanted to give my mom and sister a nice after mother's day weekend away it's started off with getting lost in the hallways to get to our rooms it was like a maze.The Hilton has great comfortable beds, however minutes into our stay I killed a bug in the bathroom and after opening the curtains my view of the patio was of a pool with dirty water and it was left uncovered it was gross, this can't be Covid-19 safe. Can you at least drain and cover the outside pool? The best part was Ruth Chris restaurant the food and service was excellent thank you for being the best part of our girls weekend

So disappointed with this hotel. The hallway smelled like weed. The room next to us was blasting music until about 3am. We had to call down to front desk about the noise! My husband and I stayed here to get a night out away from the baby on valentines weekend. It was not peaceful or relaxing. Even the restaurant on site -Ruth's Chris was bad because the food gave me diarrhea a few hours after eating. It was just a terrible experience overall and made us wish we stayed home. To make things worse there tons of people in the lobby and hallway with NO MASKS on even though they claim it is hotel policy. We complained about that too but nothing was done. Not the kind of experience I would expect from Hilton. Truly disappointing and a total waste of our time & money!!

I attended a seminar here for two days. Basically a good experience. Nice property, well taken care of. I only spent time in the mtg rooms and the common areas. I didn't reserve a room here.
I thought the layout was good, plenty of space to spread out for groups.
The cafe serves Starbucks coffee, which was very convenient. You're going to pay through the nose for it. I ordered a tall Americano. Normally costs about $2.70, their's was $5.80. Service at the cafe was fast and friendly.
Parking is easy to use and free. There are front and back entrances, which is convenient.

Had a good stay at this hotel for this Christmas in the pandemic.

I'm not sure I quite understand the layout of this place. How the Hampton and Hilton are together. But all in all, it was a good experience. I stayed in a Hilton room for two nights. Clean beds and bathrooms. Large sofa. Large enough to sleep on. TV didn't have that many options. Lounge was beautiful and spacious. Ample parking space. Enough to fit my semi truck. Price wasn't too bad either. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

considering what's going on in the world today, my wife and I were surprised at how clean everything was. In addition, we had left behind a laptop, called 2 days later, the desk host went to the room, grabbed the computer for us and kept it until we were able to return. Outstanding.

They should take the Hilton name off this hotel. It certainly doesn't live up to the name. The room wasn't clean and the A/C didn't work. You need a guide to find your room and to find ice, which I had to go to attached Hampton Inn to get. The only thing good about this hotel is the Ruth Chris restaurant in it. Even still I will not return.
