Great location in Niseko Village for ski in / ski out. The room was comfortable and larger than expected. Breakfast buffet was good, with beautiful views on the snow. Onsen was the wow factor of the hotel, super relaxing after a day on the snow. Only negative point was the limited options for dinner, with kinda outrageous prices.

Fabulous property! Ski in ski out, beautiful onsen and nice F&B venues. We were the first ones on the slopes every morning. So convenient! 5 stars service. And the view on Mt. Yotei is just magical.

Very good location and views. Nice outdoor hot spring. BUT the room has smoking/cooking smell. Seems the smell was coming from the restaurant kitchen downstairs. The windows didn t seal very well. There is a Hilton shop next to the toilet. A thin guy with a glasses was very rude. I was standing in front of some local product without touching anything. He pushed me away using his shoulder on purpose, then stand in front of me and pretended to tidy the goods. He didn t look at me for the whole time. Worst experience on this wonderful holiday. 3 star for hotel. 1 star for the Hilton shop.

Everything was beyond expectations. Food, service, and staff were extraordinary. We used the free shuttle service to visit Harifu which will save you money from the taxis. The on site gondala made it the most convenient ski in/ski out. The food was pricey but tasted great! Lots of great breakfast items to charge your day on the slopes.

The most remarkable thing was the staff, which were incredibly helpful and friendly.

One of the best place to stay and environment was good and if you are into skiing. Is a good place to learn. I will suggest to go queue earlier for the skiing equipment rental as it will takes u quite awhile to finally get all your equipment

I appreciate it's difficult to offer a full range of services at the end of the ski season, and especially during covid, but facilities were severely reduced, and this didn't seem to be reflected in the price.

Not enough information was given in advance of the above, and some information wasn't shared until we were more than halfway through our stay.

Breakfast and dinner I felt was overpriced, lunch was good value. No bar open and lobby bar closed at 5pm. This hotel is standalone and a 20-25 minute bus ride to the closest bars/restaurants, so this wasn't ideal.

Good stuff - generally staff pleasant and helpful, great to have ski school/rental and gondola/chairs at the backdoor. Onsen is great.

I spent 6 nights at the Hilton Niseko in late March for skiing with my two kids. We had a fantastic time. The hotel is in an incredible location with a Gondola and lift right outside the door. The facilities of the hotel are nice and the staff are AMAZING. This is a very rare combination of immaculate Japanese service and professionalism mixed in with Western warmth, flexibility and smiling faces eager to please. We had a great time and will go back soon.
