A very good hotel for Venice data is across the other island where you only go by boat.
It has a very good service.
We went for a drink on the rooftop where you can see all of Venice from there.
A little tired. The hotel is on an island but a shuttle is available (7.5eur / adult for stay).
Very impressive hotel. Convenient to my meeting that brought me to town. The lobby is breathtaking. Initially there was some mix up with the reservation after my flight coming to town was delayed. However the agent at check in was able to correct the matter. She upgraded our room. The suite on the floor had an amazing view of the lake. The bathroom and decor was something from a magazine ad. Bed was comfortable. Just overall a good experience. The food in the Hubbard Lounge, esp breakfast was top knotch. The bacon and eggs and croissants were perfection. Wasn't so impressed the dessert bites. I even took the time to look up the history of the hotel on wikipedia after hearing so many films have been shot at the Blackstone. The bellman and doormen were friendly and helpful. Definitely plan to return for a stay soon.
Pool opening times are not open to visitors who want to go to Venice in the city center until 6.00 p.m. so nothing to relax at the pool after visiting the city center. Wifi costs extra at the price, this is a cheeky standard in every business hotel in the lower price range! That was the first and last time ...
A typical American hotel chain with appropriate guests, is located superbly on Giudecco island, a short distance from the main tourist routes and close to historical sites. Delicious and plentiful breakfast, a panoramic rooftop pool and a panoramic bar with the best view of the lagoon.
Fabulous hotel to relax and get away from the crowds in Venice. Very nice roof bar and pool. And brilliant shuttle service across to Marks Square.
Is one of the best luxury hotels in Venice, although it is an independent island, and is accessible by boat
as a diamond hhonors member i am always particular about properties around the world and this ranks as a very special one. very nice
Beautiful restoration. Easy to access using water launches.
There is a reason for expensive hotels. We picked this room because of the view that we chose because of the view, but it was a regrettable choice and the view overlooking the drinks / drinks and snacks served free of charge in the lounge during certain times was also good. Although you have to cross the water bus from the tourist area, there is also a shuttle to the San Marco square (not included in the room rate, additional charge) and a water bus stop to the train station nearby. The breakfast was good, but the review says that there was not much breakfast in the lounge. If you are staying in an executive room, enjoy your breakfast in the breakfast room, not the executive lounge! There are a lot more kinds. The sky lounge is not open because the season is the season if there is something that is not satisfactory. And it is okay to get accustomed to the smell of the sea in the room. When you are angry at the rooftop, be sure to jump out and take a picture. The attached photo is a picture taken in the room at the time of the hunting.
Amazing hotel with an amazing view from the Skyline Bar
Beautiful hotel and excellent service. Stunning old building and beautifuly renovated. Modern, clean rooms. Nice shower with big rain shower. Nice location and water shuttles directly in front of the hotel. Awesome rooftop Pool and Bar! Nice and friendly staff.
Amazing location. Good quality rooms. Good breakfast buffet
Worst hotel experience of my life. Negative stars. Go anywhere else... if you slept in the gutter you'd have a better chance at getting your family the dinner you ordered. I'm still mad enough about this to update my review 2 years later. F U Hilton.
Such a great place! Beautiful rooms and a fantastic pool on the roof. The hourly shuttle boat to the market square is also very good!
This could be a hole in the wall(which it certainly is not) and the staff would make it 5 stars. Even if you don't stay here, you should check out the restaurant and sky lounge.
The Molino Stucky has everything you would expect from a Hilton. Be sure to visit the SkyBar and enjoy the great view.
Our stay was very pleasant and we'd love to come back.
I soon stayed at this property with my boyfriend during our trip to Venice and I must say he totally amazed us.
The structure is immense, with many rooms and beautiful finishes.
Our room had a magnificent view of the lagoon, I fell in love with it. We got to try the restaurant for dinner and loved every single dish, from parmigiana to tagliata di carne.
The breakfast was also very good.
The really courteous and kind staff, always ready to talk to the customer. We enjoyed it so much.
We can't wait to go back!
Excellent hotel, was upgraded to a suite due to a noisy neighbour. Really good service.
I loved the free taxi to Murano and Piazza San Marco. Outside of the city but close enough to get anywhere you'd like to visit quickly.
The staff was great, very helpful and friendly. Nice rooms, the rooftop pool was excellent (just a little chilly).
Skyline beautiful, I recommend you visit it the first weekend of the month so being free and towards sunset, it has everything from Disco to pool on the terrace
Nice hotel, large sized rooms, quite, huge breakfast buffet, friendly reception staff. Easy to access the island with the boat.
The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was a great spread.
Stayed here mid September and had a bad experience with housekeeping and my room. The spa was awful and I was injured during a massage. The pictures I attached were of two double beds which were pushed together for my husband and I because they had no queen rooms available despite our reservation. The other 2 pictures are of our room in the evening immediately AFTER the room was cleaned. Unfortunately I only enjoyed the rooftop pool area during my stay!
If there was a negative 5 I would leave that. Love taking 400 Euro per night in beginning but service is horrible. We had our flight home cancelled. Asked to stay another night the girl in front counter told us no rooms are available with a nice big smile. When I asked to see of she can help us find another hotel she replied we don t do that, you have to find your own . So much for being accommodating to customers. I would never stay there at that price and because of that piss poor service. Want a $12 glass of cheap bottom shelf wine? This is it. Want a 10 euro coffee? This place has it and in garbage. I d never stay here again if I knew it d be so much issue and poor service. They also charge 20-30 euro more than everyone else for the water taxi. I was charged 50 euro to get across the canal literally a 2 minute ride.
Highlights are the rooftop terrace with pool (spectacular fireworks view at NYE), rooms partly dated and breakfast too expensive.
I ve stayed 3 nights in this beautiful hotel and had only pleasant experiences.
Location is excellent. It is comfortably situated on the Giudecca island, across the canal to another Venice s sestieri (Dorsoduro and San Marco and not so crowded by tourists and the mentioned ones. When I had an evening walk around the area I got the feeling of touching the realVenice life as I observed Venetians returning to their homes, walking the gods, had a look in their small gardens and yards. Alilaguna boat from airport stops just in front of the hotel. In addition Hilton has its own complimentary boat shuttle for the guests that can bring you to San Marco (San Zaccaria stop) and back. Otherwise, there is Giudecca Palanca station in 5 min walk from the hotel (approx. 10 min drive to San Marco).
Room was charming. It had all necessities and was comfortable. Our room was facing canal that is pleasant. There are many mosquitos in Venice, and Hilton took care by providing electrical repellant.
Breakfast was delicious. Food was tasty, warm and had enough diversity. Especially, I liked carrot-apple-ginger juice super tasty!!
Once we had a dinner in Bacaromi restaurant, food was delicious and sweet Venetian wine is my recommendation to try (if you like sweet wines, of course).
Altogether, it was a great experience!
Nice view, good food but not excellent (so much sand in the clams and too sweet pasta sauce). The problem is the price. I am willing to pay for the food and its quality, but I am not willing to pay too much for "normal" things like water (6 euros a bottle), wine (10 euros a glass), liqueurs (9 euro the glass of brandy stock 84). The service is very good, but the union of the informal style with a menu with prices not available to everyone does not make it a place to come back to. Sin.
The place is magical the the Hilton service is ok.. The deluxe rooms are ok.
A magnificent place, a perfect restoration, respecting primitive forms and materials, silent and with all the services taken care of in detail, I recommend it.
The rooms, perfect.
Breakfast, perfect.
Treatment of the staff, perfect.
Pleasant pool and terraces for the fantastic aperitif view of the city of doges
Beautiful place, you can arrive by boat in the evening
Of the four cities I visited, Venice was the one that I liked the most
Nice place, very well placed and very welcoming staff. Strongly recommended !
Very beautiful and elegant. Cleanliness, friendliness and availability. My room had a nice view. Excellent view from the skyline but cocktails are to be improved
What a disappointment! During the booking process it is not mentioned anywhere that the Spa is closed due to Corona measures. If I had known this I would have looked elsewhere for the same price!
Beautiful and especially large Hotel in a historic building that used to be a flour factory. Partly recently restored. On a separate island (private taxi 60 / 70 or shuttle 8.50) city center only accessible by boat. View of Venice is partly beautiful if you choose a good room. What a shame is that the left part of the view is fluorescent lighting from a factory. Gym is split in 2 parts, cardio room and free weights. Both quite compact and small. Finnish sauna only fits 3 people, was a disappointment.
Swimming pool is not heated, with less weather too cold.
Newly renovated rooms are beautiful, beds are nice with a choice of 2 types of pillows. Ironing board and iron were in the closet in our room.
Breakfast fine, because of corona only order at the table so no buffet. Coffee during breakfast comes from a machine, so not fresh. Is a shame when you go on vacation in Italy.
Mouth mask mandatory throughout the building, unless you are sitting or lying down.
Skybar is okay, expensive and menu but annoying to read by constantly having to zoom in on your phone.
Some of the staff are a bit arrogant, probably an Italian ailment. But most of them are just neat and friendly.
Located on the Giudecca in front of the Zattere, in the former Molino Stucky, this hotel is impressive from the outside but with refined interiors. Spectacular pool above the roof!
The room was clean and comfortable and the view was beautiful. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The sky bar is definitely worth a visit too.
This former Molino has been taken over the management of the Hilton chain around the 2000s.
Inside, it exudes an atmosphere of art and history, where courtesy and professionalism of the staff blends perfectly with the environment.
I recommend other offerings if you want to breathe the right holiday mood.
From the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view and the food in the various dining options located within the structure is excellent.
It was very clean, the room service food was delicious and the rooftop bar had a gorgeous view of Venice!
We've tried other hotels but this is our favorite - our 6th time staying here. Excellent staff service, great breakfast buffet & happy hour. The views from our room is exceptional. Plus complimentary boat ride to San Marco every 15 min.
Beautiful location! Beautiful building. Transportation was ultra confusing
Not explained well and we spent 60 euro on boat passes when we could have taken a free boat shuttle or gotten one way passes. The pool closes at 8pm (early by American standards) Staff was wonderful and caring, rooms were clean with all the amenities. Power Outlets were not by the beds. Close walking to restaurants and a short boat ride to all the sights of Venice!
Hotel very cozy and spacious. Large rooms, comfortable bed. Free WIFI. It has private vaporetto service towards San Marco square, quite frequently. The last one I think I remember was 24 hours a night (or 23 and something). The boats in the morning tend to have a line and you may not be able to climb and wait for the next. The price is 9 euros for the entire stay, although you could already be charged with the room and not as extra ...
The dear price, it cost us more than 500 euros for 2 nights (with breakfast ...)
Like being at home. Good guys but good bar lady and she the true figure of the bar .... man of the past. Marianna compliments
Nice hotel, top location with shuttle to St. Mark's Square. Breakfast was very disappointing due to the corona, as more would be possible for this price. In addition, the TV was broken and the wrong room rate was charged. Unfortunately, as is usually the case with booking com, you get a far away room with a view of the inner courtyard. Despite massive undercrowding, no upgrade. Better to book with secret escapes, because that doesn't happen.
3rd time at this magnificent hotel (Biennale) located on the Judeca canal in Venice.
Excellent experience, very convenient facilty. got an executive room with fantastic view over Judeca and Venice.
Excellent (free) shuttle service to main island and public transport close to hotel.
Staff kind and polite specially enjoyed the knowledgeble consierge services about Venice.
We'll be back!
Great luxury, great class, utmost seriousness and courtesy!
Impeccable ! What can i say this hotel yes it may be alittle pricey, but in venice and most places around the world you get what you pay for and this is no exception.
After arriving to venice on a sweltering and crazy humid day we are greated by a great big smile and this lovely gent grabs our bags and helps us to the reception. Once there Andre is the coolest most switched on italian dude i think ive ever met. Any questions and he nails back answers nothings a problem or an issue and he helped us greatly.
After the check in we smashed out a few hours in Venice in the ridiculous heat and humidity fet back to the hotel and hit the Free rooftop pool abd holy jesus was it good after a long arvo in the sun. One thing though it does close at 8pm... if it closed at 9pm it would of been perfect, saying that the bars and restaurants in the hilton are all great aswell. Next time me and the mrs goto Venice she can go shopping because i dont think ill leave the hotel...
the location is splendid and the rooftop pool truly spectacular. One wonders what a skypool is for ... in Venice! but relax an hour or so away from the bustle of the city, while admiring the whole lagoon is priceless. Prices as high as in all of Venice. The efficient connection of the private shuttle every 20-30 minutes ( 7.5 per person per stay) is convenient and allows you to be in the center in no time. At the same price, I think this new and comfortable structure is better than the old hotels in the center.
We booked the Hilton over other hotels in Venice after reading all the reviews and balancing out it's pros and cons... Despite it being a good hotel overall, I've chosen to give them 3* for 2 reasons. Firstly, be aware that this hotel is pretty far from the main square and that you need to catch a hotel shuttle (which isn t free) to make it to any part of Venice with life... bcs it s literally in the middle of nowhere... this also meant that you can t really catch the water bus when you arrive with lauggage and thereby will be stuck forking out 65 euros for a 10min water taxi.
Secondly, we booked a deluxe room with a view in the hope that we would be able to wake up to a view of the beautiful canal as this is what the site online promised... upon arrival we were given a room with a view of a building... no canal view just bricks... when we complained we were offered a room with a view for an extra 70euros a night... Pretty disappointing when you don't get what you pay for.
Beautiful hotel, many services apart including wi fi, which in my opinion should be included in the price of the room. For the rest, great, starting with breakfast ending with the rooms, clean and always in order.
When u arrive Venice airport, take the boat directly to Molino stucky, never use taxi, the hotel is calm and clean but the rooms not that much luxury.
Fantastic place and location, with breathtaking view from the room
Nice hotel in a beautiful old but restored building. There appears to be some renovated rooms and some non-renovated rooms. I can't speak to the renovated rooms but the older rooms are large and have an old grand charm about them (woodgrain, etc.) that you don't get in many hotels anymore.
We were a bit disappointed that the pool was closed for an event, but we weren't alerted to this before our stay as the rooftop/pool was one of the main reasons we chose to stay here.
Unfortunately we didn't decide to stay for a drink at sky barHilton Stucky We were nt acknowledged on arrival & then told they were full & only available seating was some dark corridor with NO view
W not be going back
Great accommodations, friendly staff. Great location. Shuttle boat to and from st Mark's square. Rooftop pool and bar.
We must love the industrial brick style, which is more reminiscent of Manchester than Venice. The hotel has been very well renovated and has some Venetian touches like Murano chandeliers in the rooms. The rooftop bar is great with a great view of the city. Quality and service are in line with the chain's reputation. The hotel is however quite out of the way of the city and the island on which it is located is not very interesting.
Important structure, with a fascinating story that does nothing to hide it, as it deserves. Top level comfort, catering, staff and design.
First, the facilities are good
There is no facility like this compared to the main island of Venice
The room is big and the lobby is big. Breakfast is. Good for others
Friendly staff
The location is far from the main island of Venice
Go side. Hmmm having to be on time
I have a dedicated transfer service. It's better
One in 40 minutes, so the time is a bit ambiguous
I think it's okay
Clean, spacious rooms, excellent views and fantastic shuttle service to and from San Marco.
Excellent hotel, room with very nice beds, smiling staff.
Private shuttle (boat) to go to St. Mark's Square every 40 minutes. depending on the season.
At first they gave us a room that already had people in it, But after that the service and food have been really good
Beautiful hotel. Habitable history. Immaculate rooms, great service. Was there for a multi-day corporate event and it was perfectly organized. The food was very good. The quality of the ingredients was top. I felt very well. The hotel has a boat service from the island.
Superb!
The spa the restaurant aromi the panoramic terrace ....
Location requires a waterbus to get to the other side but otherwise beautiful and void of tourists traffic. Rooms are spacious with huge ceilings and when you get a view it's spectacular
Clean, convenient and very good breakfast. Not so great sound protection between rooms (at least 2nd floor). Decent roof top bar.
The hotel is nice and in a great location, even if you only come to Venice by boat. The restaurant is particularly recommended. We ate very well and were well served. You should find out in advance which boat you will take to get to the hotel!
The roof top bar has to be visited, great array of drinks, friendly staff and fantastic views.
Great room and great service, executive lounge is on the small side but nice
Interesting option to avoid Venetian crowds. A private vaporetto take you from hotel to San Marco several times a day. It is still a Hotel chain so do not expect Daniele s environment. Has a honest restaurant and stunning views.
