Hilton Lincoln Center Review

It's like we paid for the name. Room did not have a microwave or refrigerator. Would have done better off staying at the budget in..Other than that the service was nice..

I got checked in at 1230am by Daliya unfortunately. She was extremely rude and not very helpful. The staff in the morning was very helpful. After the poor experience with night-shift Daliya, i decide to spend the rest of my vacation at another hotel.
Very clean, with a historic vibe. Spacious rooms.

This is a beautiful hotel; however, we were given a room in which the ac did not work. We were not able to change rooms the first night because we were told that the hotel was booked full. So no ac all night. Finally, we switched rooms the next morning but were given a smaller room with electrical problems. I just feel like we paid to much money to have to deal with these issues.

I attended a week long course put on by Texas Professional Photographers Association at the Hilton Center. It was a good conference room that we were in. The grounds were nice but we were a little cramped withe the other 4 or 5 classes that were also trying to find backgrounds for photos. The hotel itself didn't have much for meals but the food court in the next building was exceptional. All hot with a good variety. All things considered, the public areas were what I would expect from a Hilton. I did not see the rooms during the week.

I had a class here for a week. The staff was very helpful and polite. The rooms were very nice, and there were no bad or weird smells that triggered anyone's asthma. The air conditioning was not always cool enough, even when turned down low. Overall great place.

The front is really nice and kind. That is all you can expect from this hotel. I can t believe this is 4 star hotel. It is too dirty and coffee tables are so dusty. When I entered the room, the smell was so bad. It is out-dated building. Be careful because they are paying the parking fee. Additional cost for breakfast. No refrigerator and so small bathroom.

Our room was not cleaned prior to our arrival. If it was, it was done poorly months ago. The air conditioning didn t work. Much like the rest of these reviews, I ll add there was no refrigerator or microwave. Kind of a steep price to pay for the lack of features. No hot tub either. The front lobby is nice.

The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is due to Covid restrictions. We have to pay full prices, but do not get full use and amenities of the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, other than one female bar attendant. She was a bit short with us when we asked a simple question about breakfast and lunch. The front desk lady and the valet attendants were excellent.

We stayed here over the Easter weekend, and let me tell you it was a horrible experience. They only offer valet or you can park in a parking garage next door for $30 overnight. The staff at the front desk didn t confirm any details of the stay, nor did she even bother welcoming us. The first room they gave us had a broken drawer handle to the nightstand, and the sink in the bathroom stopped up immediately. Then, they switched us rooms and the shower would back up with tons of hair from the previous people that have stayed there. Absolutely disgusting!

Awesome! Can't wait to return! Got this resort for a terrific rate at . I love this resort and I'm so grateful I stayed here cheaper than what I generally pay.
