Classy Hotel, with great service.Great breakfast buffet

Good service and amenities, as is expected of a 5 star hotel. Everything was inline the expectations. Nothing extraordinary though.

We ate at the hotel restaurant that specializes in local Nanjing cuisine, and it was packed with locals, including my friends who took us there. Be brave and put on your big boy/big girl pants. There are some interesting dishes.

It is clean and cheap in Korea standards. Breakfast is okay.

Very comfortable stay. Room was nicely furnished, shower was great. The executive lounge for hotel guests was also a nice touch.

Pros:
Location is surrounded by all sorts of restaurants and shops with a huge shopping mall next door. Spacious, relevantly clean and tidy.

Cons:
Air conditioning is not working, the room is constantly at 18.5C no matter what temperature you set it at (please see photo).

The shower ceiling's chipping and paint came off while taking shower.

When I requested to change room, all they offered was to send a mechanic over to lend me a portable heater and used a screwdriver to scrap off the paint from the shower ceiling.

Nice hotel. Comfortable large rooms, with tub and separate shower. Amazing breakfast buffet. Close to metro and lots of restaurants in Wanda Plaza.

The best part of my stay here was having a hearty breakfast in the cold December Nanjing. Rooms were amazing but a little short of proper toiletries. The view I had was nothing much but the good thing is the lift was just next to it. I think the main entrance is short of a greeting staff to complete the experience.

The executive lounge team is very helpful and friendly.

Cheap Hilton. The rooms are clean and the staff are top notch. The location is inconvenient.

The room was clean and comfortable, no smell of smoke, and the staff was very polite.

Good room WiFi, but the lobby WiFi doesn't allow international numbers to connect.
