Decent location near restaurants and Mall of America. Good breakfast. Good size room. Had a double queen room with microwave and fridge

Danielle and staff was absolutely amazing. We stayed there from July 30th - Aug 2nd, and had the most amazing stay. We had a group of 94 people, and every single person had such a memorable stay. Danielle, and the whole staff, was nothing short of exceptional. That doesn t even cover how absolutely amazing they were. From the time we arrived, to the time we drove away, Danielle had our best interests in mind. Every single staff member blew us all away. That s 94 total people that left your hotel with not one bad thing to say, not one thing we would have changed, and not one person who was not touched personally by Danielle and her staff. This was hands down, our best experience with a hotel on the Show Me Rally. For me personally, who travels often for work, this was hands down my best experience in ANY hotel. Furthermore Danielle and staff provided goodie bags for the kiddos who were on the rally, that included scavenger hunts for the kids to complete, which they all loved and finished.

Love the location of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good front desk service. Enviroment had nice decor. Rooms were also nice and both a refrigerator and a microwave. The hotel had a restaurant with a decent menu. The only negative was the breakfast buffet was $10.95.

I only stayed there briefly but their lobby was comfy

The beds were so uncomfortable that they were concave in the middle. The floor looked like it has never been vacuumed.

Clean lobby and rooms. No continental breakfast and wi-fi is only free for members.

Nice facility. Comfortable bed, Room had microwave, Keurig and fridge. Internet via wifi or lan. USB charger. Comfortable work area except AC was blowing on me. Although you could hear doors shut in the hall, we thought the room was pretty quiet for sleeping. Has pool and hot tub. Pool is 4' deep, no diving obviously. Really nice breakfasts in restaurant area. Meals available. Amenities. Friendly staff. For us, a very pleasant stay. Check in @ 3pm, out @ 11am.

Great hotel and loved the basketball shooting game in the lobby area. Coworker and I would have fun playing after a full day traveling and to unwind after dinner. Very cool idea and wish they had these in more of the Hilton Gardens. Overall great customer service at front desk and in restaurant for breakfast. Rooms were clean and updated and bathroom was in good condition. Nice place in the area to stay. We will be back.

When I originally started researching hotels I wanted one with continental breakfast. Well apparently it's only for specific people, which was not mentioned anywhere. So $10.95 a person for breakfast, for hotel quality food is quite a rip off especially since you're spending the night as well. When I've had better looking hotels offer the same number of items for breakfast, included in the total price. Not to mention many blemishes in the room. Lifted up carpet corner, loose sink faucet, and a chunk of the mirror frame missing. They also lied to me about being able to use my AAA discount, so I double checked a couple weeks ago and she told me if I could book one online with the discount, I could cancel my original. When I tried, the hotel was already full, how convenient.

Locations are a little outside the Twin Cities, but it's in a quiet area with some good restaurants across the street. The rooms is clean. Staffs are super friendly. Have not tried any other service though.

Reserved a room on the Hilton Honors app for a single king bed. The night manager changed it to a double Queen. I was too tired to go back and change it after working 13 hrs. The shower top was detached from the wall. Not the experience I normally receive while staying at a Hilton hotel.

The guy at the desk was super nice and the lobby looked really nice.

Wow! This hotel was a class act. I had a corporate billing code that wasn t seeming to take to their system once I checked in. My personal card was on file and Danielle at the front desk was SO accommodating and refused to let my card be charged, even after I said it was no big deal if it was.

The bed was so comfortable and the rooms were spacious.

The fitness center has a wonderful assortment of free weights, ellipticals, treadmills, bikes, foam rollers, a couple yoga mats, and stability balls. There is also one bench and large mirrors.

The breakfast is well worth the ~$11. They had ample options including egg white omelettes, chia pudding, yogurt, breakfast pizza (was gourmet..not like the cardboard stuff you usually see), waffles, cereal, the usual stuff

Every member of the staff that I encountered was extremely friendly.

There is currently construction on the exterior of the building (which they note on their website), but it didn t cause an inconvenience for me.

Show Me Rally (group of 40 cars) stayed here and they were amazing. They had amazing customer service. Would definitely come back!!

Just ok, nice staff but for a HGI would expect better conditions, not bad just a little dated, time for a rehab...luckily a new Hampton Inn is being built next door.

This hotel is so nice and quiet. The beds are incredibly comfortable, it's quiet and spacious, and the bathrooms are very nice as well. Friendly staff, clean Commons, delightful breakfast, and a great pool.

I was extremely impressed the level of service and quality of living that the manager Preston was able provide. The units were clean and I was impressed with the entire hotel. Great and thank you for making my stay so nice.

Had a great stay... Preston was the only one on staff and he was great, very helpful and polite... other hotels should take note...

Comfy bed. Close to shops and restaurants. Easy access to highway.

We didn't end up staying there... But the front desk lady was very nice!

We had a very large group stay here and the staff and management were amazing. Incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. We thought with the current climate of everything there would be issues, but they went way above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable with their stay.

Clean modern and we'll kept hotel. Pool was a bit chilly but that's only important if you plan to use it. Breakfast has plenty of options.

It was a decent hotel, unfortunately they didnot have any water in the lobby late at night, and also the shower flooded

Qucik to bookbroom from the Hilton app. Smooth and quick check in process. Room was clean and up to date. Breakfast the next morning was excellent. Would stay again of in the area.

Room was clean and the rate was reasonable, but thr walls are paper thin. At 10 PM we could hear thr people next door talking. When they started fighting at 1 AM it was incredibly obnoxious and impossible to sleep. Uhg. Won't be back and seriously questioning the Hilton brand.

Room was great, spacious and very clean! Front desk staff was wonderful, promptly checking me into a room with no prior reservation. Only complaint was I did not realize that breakfast was extra. Sat down for a bowl of cereal, only to pay $11 for it. Lesson learned to ask questions next time.

The HVAC unit in RM 205 is very loud when it starts up, woke me at 2AM in the morning.

Overnight stay on our trip home. Located across from a strip mall. Standard HGI rooms, clean and new looking. Great breakfast made to order. Friendly staff.

Take a shower at night in the winter, or you will have a cold shower in the morning.

Well I can say that the service was spectacular, polite engaging, friendly and prompt. Brilliant atmosphere.

Lovely place. Was there for a retirement party. Yhe food was excellent and the,service was very good.

I attended a Woodbury Chamber of Commerce event. Sheila, the manager, works closely with the Chamber and ensured the experience was very positive. The food was delicious, the drinks were cold, and the area provided for the networking event was clean and bright and modern. I would highly recommend this venue for any gathering. The staff will take excellent care in planning and executing the event.

Nice place. Very friendly greeting from desk clerk. Everything was close due to Covid but it was a good stay. Do not eat at the teriyaki place down from the hotel.

Just ok staff was nice. $11. for a roll and hot cup of coffee. A little much. Granddaughter found a lid to a creamer for coffee in her bed. Need I say more. Stay at Hilton in Omaha more. Continental breakfast there, rooms cheaper, not near the amount of taxes as here. The Internet connection the same at both places complicated and not user friendly. Trying to squeeze more $ out of you to purchase priority internet. Just ok.
