Hilton Garden Inn Laramie & UW Conference Center Reviews

Tried to check-in early, around 12:30 but we're unable to. However they found us a room at 1 and really saved the day. Took a shower and changed and still early to the wedding! All around, staff were all wonderful, helpful and all very nice, something that's in short supply these days, sadly. Would definitely recommend you give em try if you're in the area. Didn't get a chance to try breakfast but it smelled really good. Will definitely stay again if we're ever in Laramie.

This hotel is great from beginning to end. When we walked in yesterday evening we where immediately greeted by Ryan. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He created a great end to a long day!! They have a restaurant that stays open until 10pm. The food was amazing and was so reasonable in price. Victoria waited on us and was very attentive. We ended up staying another night just because of how we have been treated. Our room was very clean. The entire hotel including the parking lot was clean. This morning the manager Katie was very helpful and nice. We had a great breakfast with a great staff. Even the cook went out of his way to thank us for coming in. (I'm sorry I didn't get the 2 waitresses and the cooks name. I was still half asleep lol) If you stay in this nice town I would highly recommend staying here!

Outstanding hotel down to the shuttle ride to the airport (only one in town). Clean, efficient, central and very comfortable. Everything I have grown to expect from a Hilton Honors experience.

At the College, Hilton packaging, a delightful place to stay. Breakfast was "to order" and delivered to our table. A nice variety of items to choose from....in spite of our present pandemic.

I typically stay there once a week for business and the hotel always feels clean, comfortable and welcoming. It s well located in Laramie with lots of restaurants and other conveniences easily in walking distance. All the staff is always friendly and helpful. Special mention for Cole who is usually working the front desk when I arrive on Mondays. Doesn t matter when you walk in he s always smiling, welcoming and putting out positive energy. His professionalism and helpfulness has always been appreciated. And as a regular guest it s nice to be recognized as soon as I walk in, to have the front desk staff well prepared and be checked in within minutes. Highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn if you re staying overnight in Laramie.

This place is wonderful! I have a hotel phobia but this place is so clean I did not have any issues. Room was very clean, reasonably priced, great shower and bed. Every staff member was so sweet! Breakfast was great although there is a charge for it. We actually needed to stay till about 7 pm and they have a day rate which is half of the price for 1 night which was such a blessing!!! We had our vehicle breakdown and this hotel made this issue so much better for us! It is located nestled in a little area with lots of places to eat within walking distance but they also have a little restaurant inside hotel. Love this place!

Stayed here for 2 nights. The room was clean and staff were very friendly. The restaurant in the lobby has solid food and the breakfast in the mornings was pretty good. I tried the biscuits & gravy on Saturday morning and it was way too salty and nearly inedible, hopefully it was just a one time error and they aren't always this salty. Otherwise, everything here was great and if life brings me through Laramie again I will stay here.

Conference Rooms:
This is one of the best conference locations in the state. A large portion of the building is designated for conferences and small meetings. The price is much lower than most, but the staff is what makes this place great. They keep us setup with coffee and water all day without asking.

I just did a horrible review for Little America in cheyenne, because of the standards that Hilton HITS. Ive come to expect this kind of service and most places fall short of it.
