We had a very nice stay at The Hilton Garden Inn at Auburn/Opelika. We had our whole family there for a graduation. We all stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn . It was a pleasant experience.

Outdated and dirty room. Unpleasant brown crud on the sink next to the toilet. Everything has lots of stains. Chairs, couch, carpet. Could definitely use a remodel. Also Minifridge was dead so a wasted saved meal next day.
Diamond member with Hilton...this one is rough on cleanliness and care.
Friendly front desk staff. Clean hotel with many health safeguards. Lovely side patio for socializing. Conveniently located.
Nicely designed but the highlight was the staff: they were incredibly friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of restaurants. The room was was clean and sanitized. They have hand sanitizers everywhere! I felt relaxed after my stay.
Arrived here late after my reservation at another hotel was cancelled due to overbooking . I was a little moody after a long drive and finding out the other hotel did not have a room for me. But I was glad to be here where they had a room ready, it was clean, and the person at the desk - Rayshon - was exceptionally friendly and hospitable. It s nice to be impressed, especially when already not in a great mood.
Highly recommend.
Hotel Parking Lot is not safe at night due to lights were out and it is dark. Also the hotel need to invest in new mattress, worst night rest I ever had at a Hilton Property. The mattress were bumpy in some places of it and some it felt like you were in hold. Although the hotel staff is very friendly and provides excellent customer service. Will not stay at this property again.
Excellent customer service! Rooms were very clean, will be back for sure!
The location of this hotel is great and very convenient to visit Auburn in the fall for football games. It is pretty nice and reasonably clean (although my 4 year old did find several toys under the bed and in corners). The staff is very friendly...even though one did have a UF shirt on...big No-no in Auburn of all places!! :-) The beds were reasonably comfortable. It is very overpriced for game weekends but I was lucky enough to get a nice deal on a last minute rate.
If you love having ants in your room then this is the place for you. 1st night I found ants all over my hat after sitting it on the coffee shelf/cabinet. They were very prompt to move me to another. The last night my bathroom counter was full of ants. Luckily I had to leave early. The staff were always very courteous and answered my questions but the ants are a deal breaker. If anyone wants a video I have about 3 that I took to send to friends.
