Hilton Dalaman Sarıgerme Resort & Spa hotel Reviews

This is our 3rd day in and I am already sad we will be leaving next week.
As soon as you arrive you are greeted by friendly staff who are very helpful and speak perfect English. Its only 20 minutes drive from the airport too!
The resort is absolutely huge and stunning in all areas! With attentive staff who are super helpful and friendly! The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous with all different tastes catered for.

Our room is huge and has pool access which I highly recommend as you can go swimming at anytime straight from your room!

The entertainment at night is also fantastic, the beach bar is open until 2am and they also have entertainment.
The cocktails are fantastic and not watery! Definitely have a strawberry daiquiri!
I will be doing another review upon departure!

Great in every aspect..
Check in is smooth and quick.. the rooms are spacious and clean..food is plenty and delicious with lots of choices, great indoor and outdoor swimming pools.. outstanding kids club with extremely friendly staffs..
entertainment team really have no much to offer, almost same activity every day.. overall it was great experience and nice stay with family and it is highly recommended for family with kids

I had a lovely time at the resort. The food was good, staff were very helpful, facilities were very impressive, beach, huge swimming pools for all ages, buffet and specialist restaurants, live evening entertainment, small zoo for children, water slides for adults and young, spa, gym, gardens to walk about, tennis and football courts, fitness classes and activities for all ages.

I felt that the restaurant staff were a bit over worked and we are very grateful for their service during peak hours.

Room service kept the room clean everyday and were very helpful and polite with extra requests.

Late August, early September is super hot 30+ Celsius so try then if you'd like to bake in the sun. Personally, I would have preferred a later time (October or April) with under 30's temperatures.

This is a massive complex and the staff and management are working exceptionally hard to kept the place safe, clean and immaculate day and night which can be seen if you observe the number of people running about serving guests or tending to some special requirements.

Best resort ever. Very convenient for family especially with small kids and babies. Delicious food. Amazing activities and shows for kids. All in all it was an exceptional stay at Hilton dalaman. We will definitely come again

I was really pleased with the massage and spa service here. Friendly staff at the front desk (GiZEM + NAMI) and great therapists that knows there job. I will definitely use here again if do come back to this hotel.

The hotel experience was very below my expectations. I have been here before and I loved it but this was the worst. Very less staff in the restaurant/lunch areas and bars. Waited 1 hour for the waiter to bring us our drink at the live music night, unbelievable. You need make sure cups are always full for customers to enjoy there night!
We booked the lake house but had problems 3times eventually got moved to another room. Some staff at the main restaurant was so moody and didn t want to give more food.! I ve also seen alcoholic cake served to people without any notice about the alcohol!

My 5 star is for the massage n spa not the hotel.

I love this hotel. The best kids club ever! Very interesting intertainment. The only minus is canopy over the sun beds(little of shadow)on the beach.Food is delicious, territory is very cozy and beautiful, a lot of lifeguards near each swimming pool and on the beach. There is possibility of moscitos because of nearby river. I was bitten all over the whole body but my husband and children weren't. In general I love this place and totally recommend for private rest (there are places only for adult rest) or holiday with children

Room was really amazing, big, clean.
Hotel territory was really beautiful and huge. Amazing nature around, silently.
It wasn t crowded.
WiFi was great on all territory.
Chef was really great and cuisine was delicious. Even it was gluten-free pancakes and waffles. I saw there so big and delicious olives that I ve never seen before.
It was so amazing watching movie open air.
Bed was so comfortable and pillows were super soft.
Yoga was great, I enjoyed so much.
Pianoforte bar was so stylish, I was in love.

We took all inclusive but lunch they didn t serve, so I felted like I was cheated a bit.
Weighting machine didn t work and we asked to fix, but no one fix.
AC just for cooling the room it was so cold that we had to ask heater.
Coffee/tea maker didn t work.
Mini bar was included in the price but when we arrived it was empty, they came and fix fast but minibar was poor quality... expected more quality variations.
It was not vanity kit (so important for me).
Sauna was open only till 8pm, it could be really great if they could extend till 11 pm.
No private disinfection in the room.

I can safely say that I am hard to please when it comes to vacation time and this resort is just best of the best. I even started to purposefully try and find negative things about my stay for jokes but couldn't find anything.

Huge, clean, lovely pools; beautiful bars and nice signature cocktails I fell in love with (you gotta try Falling Apple, it's the best), very helpful and kind staff, brilliant spa, the main restaurant is 10/10. Everything was perfect. Thanks all

Visited this amazing hotel mid June '19 on an all inclusive with Jet2.com and all the staff are geared to make the stay exceptional. The room was spacious, bed comfortable, really clean, free mini bar, good air conditioning and good working shower and bath. Food good standard, overwhelming choice in the main restaurant. Then there are 6 other themed restaurants at a small supplement of 15 to 20 Euros. Only minor points were the 5 minutes walking to the furthest rooms and the view from some rooms look over a luxury development under construction (I heard no noise from there).
I would love to return to this hotel.
