Hilton Colombo Hotel & Hilton Colombo Residence Review

Hilton Colombo Residences offers comfortable and spacious accommodation and my family has stayed there many times. It is very clean and comfortable. The staff are always extra friendly. Having a kitchen and laundry in the suite is very helpful, although it is short of utensils and cleaning supplies and these would need to be purchased at a nearby shop for those planning a longer stay. Our kids love the pool and playground, and the gym is quite adequate too (if a bit small). The nearby Cargill's is great for groceries and there are lots of restaurants within walking distance.

The reception hall at Jaic Hilton was quite good. They took measures to check for temperature and adopted all necessary precautions to maintain physical distancing. Food was also great and was served by staff at the buffet. Great ambience. Washrooms are also clean and well equipped. Have ample parking.

We had my wife's birthday celebrated and our son offered her the brake fast at Hilton Colombo Residences. It was a great experience and I don't hesitate saying that the quality of food, kitchen staff and their very helping kind attitude towards us. Thanks to them we had a great brake fast.

Great city centre hotel in Colombo. Awesome food selection and great customer service as well. Creates a brilliant atmosphere for dining and relaxation. Highly recommended!

One of the best properties in colombo, to spend a night.

The place is very convenient to access by bus. The foods are really Excellent I really enjoyed the foods which I had here . Toilets are also fine. Security also very supportive and mindful. They protect environment by providing water in glass bottles. Desert is really tasty, specially pudding and . Almost I just love this place. I recommend everyone to this restaurant come & enjoy your holidays here with safe and beautiful restaurant

The apartment was very spacious and lived up to Hilton standards as expected. All facilities were functional and was able to enjoy a pleasant stay at the residencies.

The safty measures they have implemented is the best I've seen in any place in the country. I felt very safe from the check in to the last minutes I spent here. You'll see happy friendly staff around the hotel. Amenities are well protected and sealed.

Have been to the Jaic (Hilton Colombo Residences) for meals/meet up as well as events. Neat and clean premises with good ballroom, polite and helpful staff and reasonably good meals (not comparable to Colombo Hilton; maybe since it is a different emphasis). Parking facilities could be improved however, the location in the city might be the reason for limited availability of parking although the staff makes a commendable effort to handle it within the inherent restrictions of space.

Really loved the atmosphere.. An upscale hotel offering rooms, restaurant, cocktail lounge, a pub, gym and many more. nicely maintained and adequate parking available.
Restaurant options are very few in number; yet they've got some decent and affordable menu cards.
One of the awesome places to chill out with friends, especially during weekends. Ideal place for office parties and re-unions.
