Hilton Bursa Convention Center and Spa Review

I attended a seminar as far as I can see from the outside is a very luxurious and gaudy hotel.

One of the hotels we prefer when we come to Bursa.
The receptionists are always smiling and helpful.
The rooms are clean and every detail is thought for use.
There is free parking for those coming by car.

There is a SPA and a pool.

Centrally located in Bursa. Staff is pleasant and professional. Rooms are well planned and clean. The executive lounge is spacious and quiet. Excellent hotel for the business travelers.

The hotel is nice and its location is beautiful too and the cooperation is very respectable, but there is bad behavior. The hotel, where the last night separates the cooling from the air conditioner for 3-4 hours, when I call the reception the second night did not get this behavior, repeat this behavior in most of the hotel rooms

The service was bad at the 2017 Christmas. The facilities offered in previous years were better. The suites had armchairs in the room and stains on the carpet. I am not satisfied with my last experience. We had to change this tradition while greeting every Christmas there.

Staff concerned and friendly, restaurant clean and spacious. But we were not satisfied with the food in this way was insufficient compared to the price.

I have two experiences with the hotel, the first one that gave me another hotel. Today, the hotel took a currency difference of around 90 lira although the difference can not be more than 10 liras; the swimming pool also requires you to buy a head cover for 20 liras.

It is a very good hotel... With helpful staff... Restorent and food is very good, rooms are good in size and clean... Only disadvantage is the battery od the TV and the wight scale devise need to be looked at as both devises are not working

Very clean and well maintained. 5 stars are deserved. The pool and fitness area is very pleasant. The breakfast selection is very generous and the staff helpful and courteous. In winter, you can reach the Uluda ski area in 20-25 minutes by cable car. Since this area also belongs to a national park you can enjoy the summit in summer and enjoy the view and the good air.

Friendly hotel staff worthy of clean 5-star saddles. It offers a nice view from the restaurant on the top floor. There is a spa with swimming pool and gym. Exaggerated breakfast there are so many things to eat.
