I had dinner with my family after the reptile show at the Hilton in Anaheim because my kids were hungry. We only had one option at the food court so we went inside the Hilton to eat at the restaurant in the lobby, which was a good choice because our server was great and the food was good. Even though the place was busy because of all the convention going on they were able to accommodate to their guests. Our server and the and the service at this location was on point. I will give out experience dining at the Hilton Anaheim 5 stars.

We stayed here during our Disneyland trip. While the room was ok since they upgraded us to a larger room, I was disappointed in Hilton for allowing the Starbucks inside to take advantage of their guests. Their Starbucks is not corporate aka not a true Starbucks. With this they totally rip you off for the "convenience". They charge double the price for a sausage egg and cheese sandwich at 8.50 when it's usually 4.65. All of their items on the menu are priced higher. They are price gouging the guest... and it's absolutely wrong and they are getting away with it. I would honestly skip SB at the hotel and just get it at Disneyland where it is cheaper. I reached out to Starbucks corporation and while they agreed the Starbucks in the hotel was wrong there was nothing they could do about making them change their pricing. They did refund me what would be an overcharge of their ridiculous prices.

I have not actually stayed in a room, but I have been all over the facility several times. I have been to several Facility trade shows, and Wonder-Con many times. I have also been behind the scenes here and the Maintenance shop is just as clean as the Kitchen. By the way the kitchen is bigger than your entire house. And the staff are fantastic. This is a world class facility.

We have stayed at the Anaheim Hilton Resort, a number of times, for various convention, due to their very easy access to the Anaheim Convention Center. I have used both Self parking and Valet services for my stays and the Bell Captains have been very helpful with our needs.
Due to the current recovery from COVID-19, some services might be limited but the Hotel staff were very helpful with the current updates.
We look forward to our next stays in 2022.

Attention Truck drivers!!

Attention Truck drivers!!
If you ever have to pick up here at the Hilton Convention Center be advise!!
If you have a 53 trailer with a Solid trailer skirt and the big double tires spare rack you will ruin your equipment!!! The decline ramp while backing into dock is a very bad design!
Trailer with no skirt or small tire rack should be ok. Pickup/receiving dock locate on
Hotel Way

Proximity to Convention center the best feature! Still recovering from COVID mandates but staff was amazingly friendly! Was a little disappointed in the austere bedding (Sheet, blanket, sheet) presentation but was delivered a great night's sleep. Outside of their control was the fire alarm (9/11 while watching all of the tributes/footage) that ripped through my room that morning. It was pronounced safe a little later but I don't blame the establishment! I would stay again without hesitation!

We actually really like this hotel. It's close to the parks and has some great amenities. Only docking a star because we we're told we could stay parked on checkout day with no fees but when we went to leave our room keys didn't let us out and had to pay $20 for the day. So fair warning to not visit parks on your checkout day or leave the garage by 1pm.

I have been wanting to stay here for a while since I travel to Disneyland about every year, so I finally got the chance last week and will definitely stay here again on future visits. The proximity to Disneyland is the best thing about this location, it s a great plus to be close and not have to worry about driving/parking. All the staff we encountered were friendly, especially Jesus at the front desk who was helpful, nice, and informative. The room was clean and we were able to see the fireworks from our room! They also have a full Starbucks on the first floor which is a nice touch in the morning. Can t wait to be back!
