Took my machine there for repairs, we closed our business for the festive season before l got a quotation for the repair. Quotation came through when we were on holiday, no one was in the office to process the payment. They threatened to send back the disassembled machine, l had to cut short my holiday so that I can process the payment. That was very unprofessional from team Hilti and am very disappointed with such kind of service.

Premium product offering with exceptional service. Best tools on the market by far.

Cool n calm but with alot of hard working people. I love this hilti family.its seems they know what they are doing.

poor customer service advice
on the 03 august 2015 i took my laser measuring device PD32 for service at your Springfield branch
The sale assistant Anele Alla called your JHB service centre who advised him that if the device is not functioning(turning on) it would not be possible to repair and it ,and it would be preferable to purchase a new device PD-E at R8100.This advice was given without even a technician looking at the device.
i think that for an International company,offering lifetime guarantees on i ts equipment offer poor customer and after sales advice..
i had the good sense to dismantle the device and repair it myself.
