The Dr. Shawn Mucho is incredibly condescending and his assistant were rude as well. While working on my younger brothers teeth the repeatedly kept saying I just want to get this over with and other unprofessional remarks. If you re considering going here I advise against it. I wasn t surprised to see that other people had similar experiences. I have no clue how these kinds of people are even able to get this far in their profession.
Tried making an appointment to see a dentist for the first time since l moved out of my parents to join the California conservation corps and serve here in Ukiah- was instantly turned away because they only accept new patients on Friday meanwhile I called throughout just this Friday-no one picked up and went straight to voicemail.
