My phone and identity was stolen along with many important documents like my passport, social security card, and birth certificate. This happened while I was moving and staying at a friend s house. The phone was tracked to this specific location twice (7979 La Mesa Blvd). The morning staff manager was helpful. When I called in the evening within minutes of being alerted to inquire on this I was met with rudeness by a staff member. She was completely inconsiderate and told me that they had patients to take care of and to never call back again. If this is what the staff is like over the phone during a crisis situation, I can only imagine how they treat their patients behind closed doors...
