Went to WH on Sunset Rd in Charlotte NC. A sign at the door said "No firearms allowed on property" Once inside, I asked the waitress what if two cops come in here on their break, and they have guns,? She said Then we call the police on them! WOW ! If the store got robbed, would the cops have to leave their guns in the car to investigate????

This evening we visited your Waffle House in Jefferson, Ga. When we pulled up all the staff was outside smoking. The tables inside dirty, infested with flies, and floor filthy with food and paper debrie. The staff came back inside and not one of them washed their hands!! The door from eating area to the back was proppted open in full view of customers.
The waitress had to be interrupted from using her phone to get us something to drink.
I work in Gainesville, Ga. A customer told me Jefferson Waffle House is known as " the bad Waffle House" because of the filth. I was repulsed and word will spread of the unsanitary conditions.
Your restaurant in in bessamer city is horrible filthy your staff sits outside smoking while customers are inside they scream and yell unnecessary topics been coming here once to twice a week for the last four and a half years don't think I will be back

I hate this place they hired me in charlotte nc i went outta town for training day later that day i was fired saying because i had pending felony i couldnt work there i thought people were innocent until proven guilty I hate this place they lied to me before i went to work and said everything was fine and that's not the half of it now they dont wanna pay me for my training this place is sick!

Went to the Waffle House #1343 in Dahlonega for supper with my two Grandkid's. Our waitress was "Vicki". She was discourteous, argued with us over our order, left to go outside before we got all our drinks, had to get the cook to get all the items to complete our order. Having worked and owned a similar type restaurant in the past this lady is a disgrace to industry. We eat at this location quite often, mostly for breakfast. Even when busy the morning staff has always been good. We will not go back on the second shift.
