Hillan Homes has been developing a property two doors away from us in Pleasant Ridge. I can only hope their work isn’t as shoddy as the way they’ve handled the property before and during construction. There’s a reason the company is facing numerous complaints and citations. They let the foliage grow to ghetto levels, to the point a neighbor had to come in to cut the grass. They allowed weeds around a tree to grow so wild the sidewalk was obstructed. The fencing has repeatedly been damaged by their crews to the point of falling down and blocking the sidewalk. They frequently fail to clear sidewalks after snowstorms…like yesterday’s.
These are not the actions of a reputable company.
