I just had an electric issue that I thought might be related to work that Hill is currently doing for us and so I gave Victor, our project manager a call. He stopped by the property, checked it out, fixed it up and gave me a call back- all within an hour s time. And he said no charge this time! Thank you Victor! That s world class customer service in my book!

The electrician, Butch was very knowledgeable, friendly and competent with sound advice and instructions on safety. He has worked for us in the past and we would ask for him in the future.

At the moment that I called them the person who answered the phone was rude. He said that he couldn't help me because it was past 5pm and that they have been working over 100 hours. I was being polite the whole time and never raised my voice at them.
Poor communication from the start about the billing AND about when they would come. Then they showed up at my door and insisted on doing the work then, even though I was busy working. I paid what I thought was the FAIR amount, based on what we talked about before the work was done, and now I am being HARASSED to pay more. Also, I have never been asked to pay for travel time for contractors. Never.

Hank came and fixed our broken light switches. He was timely, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. This was our first time using Hill Electric and we'll definitely return to this company when we need more work done.
